Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Deer Park By IHG

Location

Employees were rude, couldn?t care less, it was older and not especially clean, pool was closed and was over 100 degrees

Room size

Pool was not heated and the pool area was dirty

Amazing staff¿super friendly and goes out of their way to please. We enjoyed a full hot breakfast with lots of choices and the best part was the breakfast coordinator Sunshine who really lives up to her name!

Can¿t think of anything we didn¿t enjoy.

The hot breakfast was not up to par. There was not even coffee available the first time I went. When I waited for the coffee to brew, I saw that they were out of hot food and pancakes were not available either. When hot food was ready, it was not good.

The room was excellent, very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly even though they were understaffed.

The breakfast was not available one day of our stay with no explanation.

Best room ever. Everything seems pretty new

Location isn¿t ideal except for the space center. The breakfast is really subpar with mostly packaged food

Large suite room. Comfy bed. Clean. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was a miss. Pancake machine was not working. No butter for bagels or toast.

The suite was large and clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Several options for breakfast. Location very close to Space Center. Several restaurants close by.

Bathroom sink counter had hair shavings all around. Carpet in hallway was buckled, making it easy to trip.

Quiet, comfortable, large room. Kitchenette. Pool, hot tub.

They advertise hot buffet. The breakfast only had cold items and packages items. We were told it was because of covid but we had stayed here at all earlier time during covid and they did have the hot buffet. I think they could have placed on their website

Clerks were great. I was on the first floor near the front desk, which I asked for. The halls could get a bit loud but, overall the location itself was very quiet. High ceilings were a nice touch and so were the cinnabons for breakfast.

Beds were spacious and clean but, as hard as a morgue slab. I had a sore neck and back for two days after. No towels in the pool area. On the first day, my blow dryer sparked and smelt like it was burning. The tub needs to be remodeled or removed asap!

The cleanliness, the size of the rooms, and the staff are always great. We stay at this hotel fairly often. Everytime we are always happy

Na

The cleaning staff found a prescription which I accidentally forgot in my room. They contacted the front desk who called me. I picked it up. I very much appreciated the honesty of the cleaning crew and the staff to go out of their way for this.

Hotel was clean, comfortable bed, great shower, large room. Very quiet!

Clean, fresh and up to date. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was quite good.

We were given a handicapped room which was ackward an oddly furnished. There was also an odor in the room which smelled of chemicals or plastic. The odor was quite strong. During the night I covered my face with the sheet to avoid the smell.

Neat, clean, seemed brand new. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Quiet, almost empty! Huge room...suite, kitchenette...very nice.

I stayed while I was studying for and taking the Texas Bar Exam and this hotel was exactly what I needed! It is located next to a lot of stores and restaurants (fast food also). Very quiet, and clean. Breakfast was also great!

Wonderful friendly staff, beautiful room. I personally really liked the healthy choice section they have for breakfast.

BED BUGS

Great location and room was huge.

The Clerk that checked us in was very professional and courteous. The rains were very nice and clean.

I don¿t have anything negative to sayWe really enjoyed our stay
