Motel 6-Duncanville, TX - Dallas

Location was next to hwy and off busy street. Very easy to find.

Although basic in facilities... my room was clean, cool, and very comfortable! Way impressed with this Motel 6. And, being that my daughter is getting married, and their apartment is 2 blocks away... I now have a 'go-to' place to stay at whenever I visit.

Although not as 'seedy' as city locations, the Shell gas station around the corner isn't exactly somewhere I'd walk to at night. There is a Kroger around the block. So, it could be worse (note the city comment). All-in-all... pretty decent neighborhood.

Location is close to the in-laws

They never fixed the tv we had very few channels to choose from

Orderly, clean, and safe.

Beds were comfortable and coffee was good.

Dirty pool

Room very clean. Staff extremely friendly first time ever staying at a motel 6 where the staff didn¿t act like me coming into the office was an inconvenience to them. If need be I¿d stay there again.

Parking

The location was convenient to fast food restaurants (hort walking distance)...plus a grocery store and a major highway.

The water pressure is like...ummm...about 40% of what it should be...not good

Yes, rooms smelled like cigarette smoke but it was suppose to be nonsmoking and the front desk clerk was being a pain in the ass. Calling my room bothering me about my door dash and kept calling saying my one guest had to leave for what I dont kn

*Mold in room had to switch rooms *Water puddle in another room that I almost slipped in upon entering; had to switch rooms *Unable to enter another room because the lock was not operating; had to switch rooms. This all occurred in one night.

Like the remodeled rooms.

They were breaking into cars and the thieves are related to the staff. They knew about it and didn't take action poor area to stay in...

The only thing great about this Motel is the location near I-20.

The staff at the window was not very nice. They were remodeling the place had trash all over the parking lot just scattered throughout the parking lot. I called early in the day for late check-in but still did not have a room availabl

Staff was great

Sheets were awful, there was zero decor in the room, it was FAR too expensive for what it was. Should've been about $-- for that room.

The hotel is run down, with poor A/C and a pool half filled with neon green water. The tub had hair in it, and the sink drain had to be propped open to work. The room had laminate flooring throughout, so sounds echoed.

I liked the wood floors and the big desk.

There appeared to be blood on the curtains. Made to wait outside, in the dark, under a light, with bugs flying around: all so that they could do shift change. It took 45 minutes of waiting before they go to me. Then, I did not get the room I paid for.

It was close to were I needed to go .

The bed sheets were dirty , some stains , I got very itchy the first two nights The floor was dirty , I asked them to please wash the sheets and they still looked the same . There was a roach crawling up the wall by my bed . The bathroom was dirty .

Location and price

Bed was bad and dipped in the middle. They gave away my reservation for a two bed room and put me and my son in a single bed room.

Toilet seat needed replacing. It moved around. It pinched my sister's thigh.

it smelled like "pot" and cigarette smoke, lighting in room was terrible, not comfortable at all and I didn't feel safe. pool was greenish/cloudy color. outdoors looked like it needed to be cleaned up.

Was a cheap place to stay. TV worked. Could not hear other room noise.

Area seemed unsafe. The AC rattled all night. Water pressure was so low you could not shower. Plastic shower had a hole in the floor. Beds were very hard.
