Great location
Staff seemed to ignore the do not disturb sign and spray disinfectant spray and gave my son a major allergy and all the cockroaches alive! Ew

Rooms were very clean.

The room was clean.
The whole property is very run down. There’s trash and dog poop all around the perimeter (traveled with my dog), the hot tub was non functional, the staff up front, other than the manager, didn’t seem to know how to look up a reservation and they hardly speak English and this is Corpus Christi ( I interpreted for a Spanish speaker that came after me requesting a room). The room we stayed in was unleveled (one of the drawers would not stay closed), there is no microwave or mini fridge, the bath tub had a very visible crack on it, and the following is not the property’s fault, but there were screaming guests at 3am outside of our room recurrently, and our dog didn’t have to let us know. I know that this is an economical motel, but We have stayed at better modest motels before. We will not be coming back to this motel when in Corpus Christi.

Staff is always nice and professional. Rooms are clean and always bring you fresh towels every day.
The rooms are a little outdated but the prices are great and the friendliness of the staff makes up for it.
