Cons -
- The TV did not work in the room, had to be persistent with the front desk to send someone to fix it or change rooms.
- Party music noise from the ballroom on ground level. We stayed on the fifth floor on a Friday night. The music kept blaring till midnight. It was awful. The front desk was unreachable.

Party music noise from the ballroom on ground level. We stayed on the fifth floor on a Friday night. The music kept blaring till midnight. It was awful. The front desk was unreachable.

I did left the Do Not Disturb door hanger when I left the room. However, I noticed the room service went in for the cleaning so I would appreciate if they do not come in when there is the sign that tells them not too.

The power went out 3 times from 4pm to check out time. I have sleep apnea and I use a full face mask. The loss of power causing me to not to breathe. I notified the front desk and was given a response of management is not answering and we don't know what
Clean, updated, large lobby, workspaces in the lobby, friendly and professional staff, easy/quick access to the freeway.
Very clean, easy check in, friendly staff, very comfortable bed.
Location. Clean.
The room assigned was not what I reserved. I wanted a king bed but they said none of them was available. Also, the assigned room was badly noisy due to the outdoor units near the room windows. Hard to rest all night.
Close location to activities we were doing in the Dallas area. And easy access
We booked a 2 bed suite room that had a sofa pull out. But we did not get the suite. Only a 2 bed room. No sofa
Price for the room size Staff was great
The mattress are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Walls extremely thin. Could her people above my room for most of my stay
The room very felt clean, I loved the extra measures they took in ensuring social distancing. I also loved the free parking.
I reserved a King but got two full beds, or really small queens. The foam pillows instead of a headboard was really weird. Iâ≢m assuming this was a choice due to cleanliness. The snacks we got from the lobby were stale, expiring next month.
The room was nicely done. Bed is super comfy and I love the shower!!
Expensive. The in house market costs $22 for 2 drinks 2 chips and 2 hot pockets. Went down for breakfast and coffee it was $40 for 2 coffees 2 fruit and yogurt parfaits and 2 breakfast burritos. And there's no coffee maker in the room.
Staff was so very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the maid service. We were all very pleased with our stay here. Very clean and bright.
The room was clean, comfortable sleep, and plenty of room. The room was everything I had expected.
There was nothing I did not like during my recent stay.
The hotel is very clean, elegant and friendly staff. The room was very nice and clean. No complaints at all.
Super clean, friendly staff, always said hello when we arrived and goodbye when we left.
Need more washers and dryers. There was no free breakfast buffet.
I always stay here and expected it to be as wonderful as always
It was clean and did well for our two day stay
