The sheets were very clean

The room was not clean and had several maintenance issues. There were cobwebs and spider egg sacs in every corner. A hole in the floor and ceiling. Huge gap under the door that let bugs in.

Location to what we were doing was great

Bath tub was slippery for taking showers and could have caused an accident. Needs something to prevent this

Property was clean, room was nice and comfortable bed. Had a room change as there was no queen bed available upstairs. Front desk had no staff available, had to call a number posted at desk to check in and make payment over the phone, which was ok.

An alarm was going off in the lobby upon arrival and when I dropped off my key the next morning. Room keys were out in the open for guests past and present. Had a difficult connecting to Wi-Fi. There was a lot of road noise as the inn was close to the road.

I accidentally made the reservation for only one night but needed two. By then the next night was completely booked. The Manager worked hard to try to find out if there would be any cancellations, even calling to ask. Although he was not able to get me a room, I appreciated his help to try to do so.

No one was manning front desk when I was trying to check in, with signs saying call a number to get help. I had to call several times before finally getting anyone to answer the phone and come check me in. Very frustrating as I was in a hurry to get to an event.

Pet friendly

The staff was not available at all. I locked myself out of my room at 7 am and went to the office and no one was there. I was barefoot and in my pajamas and it was raining. I banged on the door to their apartment and yelled for over an hour I called the Mobil number posted on the door and inside and was given a message that the caller wasn’t accepting calls. I couldn’t believe this. I had a dog inside my room and no way to get in. I had to wait for my husband to come back in the rain barefoot no one ever came to help me.

Location is main reason we booked.

Did not eat breakfast - did not look like much was available. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

Nothing specifically. It was about what I would expect for a tiny little town like Moulton. I wish it was cheaper but it met our need for a one-night visit attending a wedding. No one was there to check us in, and the key was just sitting on the counter with a sign saying to call for check in. Lost the call due to poor reception. Took the key. Returned from our event that evening where there was no cell signal to multiple calls from owner of motel threatening to call cops because we had not paid for our stay. ?? That was a head scratcher ?? Paid on the way out. Our card was on file with the booking service. Kind of weird - but it is a very small town in the middle of a lot of very small towns.

Location and staff. Nice little small town cafe across the street and fantastic restaurant next block over. Staff worked hard and were friendly and helpful.

The Moulton Inn and Suites is in a small town. This is an older motel, but the beds and bath were very clean. There wasn't a smell of smoke in the room. It has a microwave, refrigerator and TV. A steakhouse, dollar store and convenient mart are within walking distance. If one needs to stay in Moulton, I would recommend it.

There isn't an elevator. The lower level is noisy if the ones above are walking heavily or drop items. The breakfast is limited.

The room had a full kitchen even though it only lists a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. It had a small sink, 4-burner gas range and oven and provided cookware, dishes and cutlery. Gave us PLENTY of towels and toilet paper.

A/C took a LONG time to cool the room after we turned it on. Wifi connection was iffy and very slow. Very long drive to the nearest grocery store, though there was a Dollar General down the block. Also seemed to be having an infestation of crickets, several dead ones in the room when we checked in and we killed many more in the 6 days we were there.

The only thing I didn’t like was there were a few crickets in our room that kept me up.

Staff was rude and not accommodating at all. Asked for a few towels and they said “You’re checking out, today!” Still like to shower before hitting the road. Housekeeping just opened the door to clean two hours prior to check out asking if we were leaving? A knock would have been nice. We were startled.

The rooms were as expected. Clean, decent size, and good for price.

The front desk closes at 10pm, so if you have any issues getting into your room after that time you are forced to sleep elsewhere until 6am when they open.

The breakfast was billed as a hot meal. It was a bag of sweet, non-nutritious junk. We liked that the a/c worked, the room was spacious and we had a fridge.

It was very musty smelling and it caused me some sinus issues. Not sure if it was because of a/c or a facility issue. I can’t stand the loud exhaust fan noise and can’t get away from it cause the light switch is also the exhaust switch.

It wasn't fancy, but the beds were comfortable, the shower provided lots of hot water, and the location fit my needs perfectly. Overall, a good value for the price.

I wish they would upgrade the coffee pots in the rooms to K-Cup systems -- I always carry my favorite flavors with me when I travel.

service was rude asked for a first floor room because of handicap was told they only had one room left on top floor when they were only a third full

It was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. The facilities are a little outdated and could use some maintenance.
