Non helpful , no customer service skills
The worker didnÂ¿t know how to check people in so we had to wait a few hours for someone qualified to check us in. The place I was infested with roaches I killed about 30 the first couple of days then just gave up.
Hotel is filthy, there were roaches in the kitchenette, there was mold in the bathroom, drawers were missing, there were holes in the walls. I was told that they close at 7pm and would not check me in after 7 causing me to cut short my business meeting!

Location

One set of towels a week, one roll of toilet tissue and one small bar of soap per stay.No blow dryer, iron or even hangers. The carpet and curtains were severely stained, kitchen cabinets were broken, no kitchen supplies. Roaches.
