- The receptionist was very polite and exuberant you could tell he really wanted to take care of everyone.

- No towels at the pool. A note telling me to bring a towel would have been helpful
- Not the fault of the hotel, but neighboring room had TV set on all night for all nights stayed. We should have made staff aware, but didn't expect same issue for three straight nights. Didn't want to chance the drama.
