Nice, clean, good location.

The back door was not secure. It opened without using a key.

Staff were super attentive. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Handicap room did not have wheelchair accessible shower or raised toilet instead it had a regular toilet with handrails a tub with a shower seat, but you could not reach the soap

The room that was shown on the picture and in the description was not the same room!! I was overcharged!!

Location

Our room was visibly dirty. Our sink wouldn¿t drain, I reached out to the front desk twice and was told they didn¿t have anyone there to fix it but they would call. No one ever came, I was told the managers being called but I never heard anything.

I disliked everything

Yes they told me it was a spa free breakfast phone service and a pool at this hotel the day before I got it when I call but when I arrived they told me there phone service is down they will be serving no breakfast they have no spa no pool either.

I loved the breakfast and the snacks in the room. The location was good as well.

It was older inside and the bathroom had cracks in the tile along with the furniture being dated.

Excellent in almost every way. Every staff member was friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and clean!

The pool area was extremely hot!!! None of the windows could be opened to circulate the air! it was miserable in there!

Hard to see from the highway. Also ran out of breakfast items that we could eat. They had turkey sausage (we don't eat pork) but ran out of it early along with egg omelets, sweet rolls, etc. This was an hour before it was to close.

Cleanliness, staff and location

Room was clean. Staff were very helpful.

Commode seat was very loose. Needs to be tightened. Shower head sprayed water on ceiling & over shower curtain. Needs to be replaced.

This hotel had found a way to make hot breakfast happen in the middle of the COVID pandemic in a safe way and it was fantastic. The facilities were clean and very comfortable.

There was nothing that wasn’t fantastic about this hotel!

Convenient

1. Desk clerk incompetent. 2. Strong tobacco odor in non smoking room that staff would not remedy.

Pool, continental breakfast, staff was very nice.

Bed was too hard. We reserved 2 beds and got 1 bed, grandchildren had to sleep on pull out sofa which was nothing more than springs with a covero over it. The floor on the left side of the bed stayed sopping wet from the air conditioner leaking.

Great price, great location and staff were very helpful. Room were nice and pleaseant.

Location & Cleanliness were acceptable There was Lovely managers greeting with snacks and drinks in lobby. Very nice. We used this hotel both going to our destination and returning home.

The keys did not work on our second stay. I thought there would be a freezer in my room. We were disappointed with the refrig. The freezer was missing. I couldn't refreeze my freezer packs for my cooler.

Friendly, clean, quiet.

Hard mattress for old bones. Alittle over priced

Toilet was stopped up, could not bathe or shower.

No supervisor on duty, did not want to give me a clean room to bathe in.

Management had a patron appreciation setup which consisted of adult beverages,soda water,and snacks. It was very well appreciated. Staff are very friendly and courteous.

The common areas were very well maintained. I also liked the free snacks in the lobby and the room. The breakfast was also very good as well.

Some of the items in the room were either a bit outdated or had been fixed inappropriately (holes in the walls and caulking in the bathroom).

Free internet that worked well.

This place is somewhat new, yet it seems to be falling apart. I thought the bathroom floor had dirt on it, but it was actually the grout from the tile - it was coming up in huge pieces.
