Victorian Inn Athens TX

Great place. Very Clean Room, Clean Carpet, Clean Bedding: Sheets & Covering smells Clean. Front Office nice and clean & Staff very courteous & Professional. I would recommend it.

TV only worked half the time. Told the owner about it. He told me he would come fix it. Never did. Wouldn't even come to the front counter when I checked out. There were only four occupied rooms during my 2 day stay. So he couldn't have been that busy.

Economical? Friendly staff and clean rooms with perfect location

It was not in a busy area of the street. Quiet.

The parking lot is small as in it's difficult to get in a space when the lot is mostly full. The room is decent but the outside area around sidewalk needs some care as cigarette butts are everywhere on ground.

Room had unpleasant odor but not as bad as the 1st room that swelled so strongly I had to move. Had to kill the flies in rm each day. Desk clerk untrained. Room in disrepair. No breakfast as advertized...

The rooms were clean but subpar. The blanket on the beds were very old but clean. The toilet in the bathroom was wobbly. The towels were very small for taking a shower.

Clean room, door was a challenge to open initially it was a tight fitting door. The bed was comfortable. Very little outside noise. Air conditioner was nice quiet and efficient.

Breakfast was a muffin and OJ, not much of a breakfast area.

Decent price

The main office smelled bad and the room was not nice at all.

had a refrigerator and microwave.

the stairs were hard to go up and down, bathroom was way to small, Bed was hard as a rock, the hot water side of faucet on the sink leaked all over the counter top when turned on. Even though we received a discount the room was over priced.

Had a very quiet restful sleep. Well worth our stay.

Bad cable service had trouble finding local news stations and local channels no HGTV or History channels which we like

other customers starting up loud vehicles @ 5 a/m, noise & movement in room above us on second floor would wake you & made it seem as though it was right there in our room, room just felt dirty. If we could have found another room @ a different motel..would have left...but will never go back!!!

had to wait 20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive & he was rude,room was hot,commode barely flushed,shower curtain had mold on it, bed was so hard felt like you were sleeping on the floor,parking lot & other customers were noisy.

Price and location

AC took awhile to cool the room off but it did work well. If the room hadn't of been an oven from the 98 degree temperature outside it wouldn't have taken two hours for the room to get nice and cold. I actually had to get up during the night to turn it d

Easy check in and out. For the price it was just what I expected.

Parking lot was full at night with big duallies marking it very hard to get in and out of parking.

Deplorable, dirty, false online impression, poor service, moldy and damp carpet scent.

I'm a frequently and the staff at VICTORIA INN sets the bar for all of the service personnel to acquire to be.
