Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Amarillo By IHG

Breakfast

No parking-had to park at restaurant No towels in our room Sheets were damp Room stunk like cleaner

Everything was Excellent, Love the inside pool and jacuzzi, love the cleanliness of the rooms and the Excellent customer service! I would recommend this hotel at anytime! Over a 10 rating ??

Nothing at all

The room was so clean and comfortable.

The neighbors had their TV on constantly and loudly.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy, safe neighborhood, restaurants next door, well lit, and breakfast was great.

Location

Noise in the room due to location next to the elevator maintenance room, first floor.

Value and typical HIExp experience I?m accustomed to.

Negligible, but reported toilet issue and shower head to desk for maintenance to address. You?ll have that from time to time. All good.

location in reference to work, ease of access

Rooms are disgusting, the smell was so bad in the first room I had to move, the second was maybe 30% better. The rooms smelled like old wet dogs and a smoking bar. Room 320 and 202.

Staff, location, cleanness!

The breakfast was great. The room was good, the pool good, everything went just fine

To be very frank, people have hard time looking in your eyes, but not the staff

Our vehicle was broke into and robbed overnight at the location.

Staff was very nice and hotel was clean

Parking was full

Clean, bright & modern in good location with great breakfast.

Great service and and rooms very cleanliness and the breakfast very good also the location is nice and close to the freeway

Clean and comfortable. Great location for food and entertainment. My family likes your choice in wash and soaps.

The door to 223 is not completely sealed when closed. Light and noise come right through. Room is close to elevator, so lots of noise.

Pool and hot tub. Staff very courteous

Handicap shower needed a better drain system, water spilled into the bathroom.

Room was super clean, great location, & awesome breakfast! Great stop between CO & Dallas!

Convenience. We walked across the parking lot to have dinner and didn't have to move our vehicle.

The parking was limited because of some kind of construction.it could have been worse.

Very clean & the shower was amazing!

The mattress was very uncomfortable, way to hard. And I did not get the room with the amenities I reserved.

Holiday Inn Express breakfast is pretty fantastic compared to what other free breakfast hotels offer.

My room was a little dated but honestly no complaints. I slept really well that night.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. No highway noise in the room. The complimentary Breakfast was great. Very good selection. Was this the Ritz-Carlton? No, but I didn't expect it to be. I would stay here again if I passed through Amarillo.
