Quality Inn Amarillo West near Medical Center

This hotel was very disappointing and in terrible condition. The room was very dirty. A huge brown stain on the sheet of the bed showed they had not been changed since the previous person stayed. The bathtub was very dirty as well as the walls.

It was conveniently located near freeway.

Hotel was dirty, water pressure was low, paint peeling off the walls, bathroom vent was inoperative, only 4-5 channels on TV, bathtub slow drain, no USB ports, large amount of water pouring out of a mechanical room outside (for 12 or more hours).

Phones did not work and pool wasn't open

Location. Close to the hospital.

To gain access to the hotel you have to do it front and outside door which was broken. The room was unable to be locked, the inside hatch was the option to look the door. Inside the AC was pretty noisy, the curtains were quite ripped.

Had blood on the floor bugs in the room smell like smoke it was awful never coming back

No cable TV no internet dirty towels with brown stains breakfast was hardly anything available

Rooms had no A/C. Temperature in the room at check-in time (4pm) was 85 degrees!

Quiet in the room and the bed was good

The room hadn’t been cleaned when I got there about 3:30 so I had to go back to the front desk and get another one. TV only had 4 or 5 channels in English. No coffee maker in room and the hair dryer didn’t work.

it was a convenient location, bed was comfortable, quiet location and the other guests were quiet even the pets. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice indoor pool.

The paint was peeling on the walls in the room and all along the top of the shower. The sink stopper was missing and I unfortunately looked down into the drain. The shower was so grungy we skipped it completely. Toilet rocked when you sat on it.

Everything .? I stay in hotels at least 3-5 days a month and this was one of the worst experiences.? rude unfriendly staff , unhelpful, I should have stayed in my car that has no a/c and I would have been cooler.

There was no cable television. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Room was not very clean and themini fridge did not work.

They wait until you check in to disclose that there is a $75 deposit. Never have I paid a deposit. Not enough towels, Coffee. No sugar or creamer. Waffles or cereal only for breakfast.

so affordable, felt like a pretty safe location. no drama checking in, or out, or while we slept. it was a great value

They gave me another room when I told them the room hadn?t been cleaned

First room was dirty and not cleaned. Food in trash cans, too many bad things to list

The staff! Hotel employee at the front desk, and Hotel employee in housekeeping were the most gracious, kind, and accommodating hotel staff! What lovely ladies. They did everything in their power to make my stay comfortable and pleasant.

There were bugs and small roaches in the bathroom and sink.

The hotel was not clean at all, paint.peeling everywhere. Towels looked dirty, really a huge disappointment!

Clean , quiet, cheap, free breakfast

Breakfast didn?t include meat or eggs.

Called 3x to front desk for plunger.? no answer. Went to front desk and desk person was there and gave no explanation for phone. Could not find a plunger. I had to buy one. Pool was inop. An earlier review said pool was inop in Apr. it is Jun. cold shower

I normally stay at quality inn

Room wasn?t clean hair and soap stains around the bathroom, no soap bar, hot water was on and off Staff was not friendly
