Four Points by Sheraton Amarillo Central

Convenient location

The smoke detector had a very bright flashing light that disrupted my sleep significantly. The bathroom sliding door was so difficult to close that we had to push very hard to get it to close.

It's clean, new, well appointed in a contemporary way, with nice staff. Breakfast is $2. Refrigerator, coffee maker, ironing board and iron in room. Nice new bedding and thick towels.

Really long line checking in a 7pm and only one person to handle us all. Not Four Points fault so many of us showed up at the same time, but it would have been nice to have a second person to help.

Best stay, hotel was recently renovated. Room was spacious. They provided breakfast and even before we left front desk asked anything they need to look into anything particularly to make the customer experience better.

Easy to find. Front desk associates were great. Room was perfect.

Our bath tub had a leak but didn¿t ruin our experience.

Seemed clean

Way too much noise!! Why would you spend millions of dollars on a hotel resto and leave the doors so they slam so loud they wake you up?!?!?! Ruined my morning.

Nothing. I have tons of pictures and videos of the disgusting filth, bugs, grease, fluids, all over the walls bathroom, floors etc. It was the most disgusting hotel I¿ve ever stayed in.

Where to I begin¿

I can't believe what we got for the price. It was all freshly renovated and clean. Rooms were nice and big and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The restaurant was nice to have there but it was incredibly slow service. The staff was very nice but just slow. We didn't like that it was $10/person for breakfast. That seemed a bit much.

Love, love this Four points by Sheraton. Just a short overnight; but lovely modern decor, comfy bed pillows sheets. Great bar, 2 enjoy a drink after a long drive. Didn¿t eat, but looked good. Great location, price! Will stay again!

Everything from Room, Restaurant/Bar, Fitness Center were A+

Had nothing to do with the hotel itself, just Marriot policy of not being able to turn up the volume of the TV in the Bar. At least that is what was said to be the truth.

The staff was great.

Hotel smelled old and like smoke. Elevator seemed like it would stop at anytime. This is no longer a three star hotel!

Room was updated.

The halls and doors and staircases all need to be updated. The TV reception was lousy. The soap and shampoo are the cheapest option.

All stuff at room not clean, bathroom is rusty, bad smell in hallway

Overflowing trash cans outdoors. Multiple people complaining about air conditioning or room keys not working.

Low price, easy access to I40. Decent hot breakfast included, unusual at the value end of the price spectrum. Nice staff.

Water was hot Heater worked

The hotel needs to be update badly. One of the elevators did not work. Beds were not comfortable at all. TV reception was not good etc. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Left hotel without a refund. No water in bathroom, urine on toilet and on the floor. Front desk very rude and refused to give a refund was not in the room more then 10 minutes.
