Hampton Inn by Hilton Union City

Very clean, exceptionally friendly staff, great breakfast.

If I were being picky.. the only problem I saw is the tub drain wouldn?t stay open. Rm316

Took 2 hours to get a room. When I tried to check in, they had no record of my reservation. Went to eat dinner, came back and waited 30 minutes for lobby attendant. Paid for king room, they tried to give me double queen. Never again, EVER!!

We stayed 4 nights and our room was not cleaned once. When I spoke to the front desk they handed me a couple pacs of coffee and a couple garbage bags and to me to put our current trash in the hall.

Lovely clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice amenities. Very good hot breakfast included.

You treat smokers like we are people and gave us a spot with seats to sit.

I hated the bed and the room set up. I couldn't sleep due to the bed being turned the wrong way. I know that is an individual preference but it should be asked.

The Breakfast was good. However I wished the Potatoes did not have peppers, or onions in it. Could have served Bacon along with the Sausage that was prepared.

Our room was cramped. No real place to put our large suitcase. Small Pool, even though they said it was heated to 84degrees was very cold. Maybe the A/C was set to cold.

Hotel was very fresh and "up to date"! We loved the walk in shower. Very comfortable furniture. Friendly team members

The Price was out of my budget.

We had to leave early in the morning and did not get to eat breakfast, although I did notice that it was ready, and several hotel guests were eating breakfast when we left. The location of the hotel was really easy to find, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

No manager on site when the computer system wouldn't let me check out. Booking.com said I didn't need to pay until I got to the property. Well, that screwed up the whole thing and I had to stand at the front desk for almost an hour to get it situated. I couldn't even pay with cash!!The manager just said over the phone "Well, she shouldn't have been able to stay if she didn't have a good card." I split my payment between two and they were both pending, so the payments couldn't be sent through again. Hardly my fault.

The place was very clean and loved the decor. The beds are very comfortable.

Having a 75 dollar sir charge for a pet for a single night, we stayed there.

Could hear hallway noises. Couldn’t get air set, unit turned off and on all night and was loud. Hotel was very clean, staff was nice. Good amenities provided in the room. Location felt safe.

Breakfast was very good! The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable!I expect Hampton Inns to always be a good choice, and this Hampton was a very good choice. We would recommend this hotel!

I do not like the trend of keeping the large bottles of soap and shampoo in the bathroom for all incoming guests using and to share.. Luckily I had a couple of travel sized bottles in my bag from a previous trip. I will need to always pack my own supplies in future.
