The management responded courteously.

It was very rundown, and the windows had spiderwebs with eggs. The furniture needed to be cleaned. Everything was old and in poor shape. The electrical outlets were very old and your plugs did not stay in. There was not convenient electrical outlets .

Yes. Several things but complimentary breakfast was a bagel or cereal and coffee.

The only good thing I have To say was the lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful.

This was the WORST stay of anywhere Ive ever been. We checked out after the first night even though I paid For 2 nights. If it hadnt been 2am by the time we got in the room I would Have left immediately but I knew We couldnt find anywhere else at that

Staff was great! Got us a couple of extra pillows. Breakfast was actually very good!

Everything is old in room. Carpet fraying, wallpaper curling, bed sags in middle, tiny pillows. Door has crack all around, so road noises all night

Nothing. At all. It is overpriced and distinctly disappointing.

I would like to file a formal complaint with death's manager, because I may have been sent to hell a little early by mistake. Not only were my expectations of the "hotel" not met; the neighboring tenants were rude, crude, ignorant, and loud at all hours.

The staff was nice. The room was clean.

The room was non-smoking but we could still smell cigarettes because it was coming through the vents. The whichbi slept in was horrible. The mattress was lopsided and very uncomfortable.

We stayed 2 weeks straight here while looking for place to live in the area. The staff became like family and helped us so much! They were friendly and helpful with all our needs! We had no problems at all, and they made sure our room was clean every day!

The convenience of the hotel

Our room was not clean prior to our stay. The cable went out early the next morning. No compensation for dirty towels hair all over the bathroom floor, the carpet just dirty, the iron was even nasty. The air conditioner was so loud you couldn't sleep.
