Quality Inn Sweetwater West

Slipped on the ice next to the hotel. Bad winter weather in Tennessee. Broke 3 teeth, sprained a shoulder, and got a concussion. No accountability. Even the EMS showed up because only of a Good Samaritan. Thank you whoever you are.

Bathtub dirty. No fan in bathroom. Needed room On lower level due to arthritis. Could not accommodate.

Location

There were several dark hairs in the tub and the lobby as well as the room were noticably dusty.

The location right off of I-75 was convenient.

The toilet fittings were not clean and one needed replacing. No TV channel guide.

i don¿t like they charged both my cards for my two night stay plus 100 dollars extra should just put card on file not charge both cards breakfast was nasty

Old tired motel. Bathrm dark. We were next to a room with two dogs who barked constantly/scratched on the door between rooms. After the second call to desk, we had to addressed it ourselves. very upsetting. mgmt never reached out to see ifit was resolved

The room was nice but the pool hot tub and location was excellent

The free continental breakfast was a joke waffles oranges and cereal but not enough cereal to even put in a bowl no milk and we were early for the breakfast

this was the cleanest motel, i've ever stayed in. i travel alot. the pool and hot tub were very clean. the pool was not too cold, like some. theres fresh coffee in the lobby at all times.

no towel racks in the bathroom. actually none anywhere. pool doesn't open til 10am. this doesn't give u much time to swim, change clothes, and get all your things out of the room by 11:00

Location was excellent for our visit. Overall amenities served our needs, bed was very comfortable. Nothing extremely displeasing. Seemed to use the pandemic to avoid daily service. Acted a bit surprised when asked to replace (swap out) towels?

The door latches/locks were poorly aligned, making difficult to unlock and open the door. Front desk knew, but waited until we came down asking for help. No one wore a mask at the desk, but they used the pandemic to serve skimpy little breakfast bags.

Nothing the hotel was old barely clean and the staff was unprofessional and rude

The front desk employee was especially helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, updated. Bed super comfortable. Area quite although hotel was full. This was the best experience on our trip. Also next door to Hubble House, had a good breakfast

location to I75 is good. Room request was honored. Bag breakfast was fine

The floor was sticky as soon as we got there the toilet was clogged I went down to the front desk and told them and they told me I'd have to plunge it myself Never my life have been asked to plunge my own toilet at a hotel.

They still had a to go bag for breakfast for guests

They did not have their pool open and did not mention that when checking in. The door was a little difficult to open.

Easy location off I-75 for overnite stay on the road. Parking right outside of first floor room door, easy to get personal things to the room. Room doors secured by two locks plus key card.

Refrigerator temp knob not working (stuck)

The staff were very nice. The free breakfast was better than expected. I also liked being able to wash clothes whenever I wanted, open 24 hours.

Every day we were there our room keys did not work after 9am (it worked before 9 am so I didn't know what the problem was). I always had to go get them reset. I was even asked a couple of times if I was checking out and my answer was no.

IT was clean, reasonably priced for the area, easy to find.

Our room had just been converted from an office. there wasnt any chairs for the table. And it was dark, even when we had all the curtains open becasue is was under the outdoor stairway. Also the breakfast closed early

Outside-entry layout was disconcerting--a group of smokers was gathered outside our window. Our room was very out-of-date for the star level.

Well, I was booking Sweetwater, TEXAS....Not Tennessee....mistake not discovered until I got to Sweetwater, Texas and found there was no Quality Inn....whole experience was a bummer as I had to scramble to find lodging....

Very comfortable beds. Clean room and friendly staff.
