Location

The front desk clerk had body odor that took my breath away. My rm was so humid I had to have the air on high to be able to breathe got no sleep. My tv was unplugged had to be plugged into the lamp. I've stayed 5x this was the worst, never again!!

Dirty room. Furniture peeling. Gross carpets. Closed pool. We didn?t even wanna shower or stay for breakfast. Very disappointed because of the money we spent. I?m surprised it?s open because of how gross and run down it was.

Cleanliness

The pool was broken. I had to pay $50 for incidentals. Normally a card is only kept on file and not charged unless there is damage/issue with the condition of the room after check out. The money still has not been returned. The bed was terrible.

The only positive was that it was right off the expressway.

The floor did not look swept or vacuumed. Bedding was dirty. The bathroom was broken. The person checking us in was very hard to understand.

Customer service

Hotel needs renovations - floor pieces are missing or damaged in the elevator. Tv stand in our room had bad water damage under the fridge. A wall in our room had been dry patched but not repainted. The customer service was nice, but the hotel needs a lift

Cleanliness, property needs immediate improvement, staff attention to detail. Breakfast is poorly done. Hotel is highly overpriced and over rated.

Very convenient location right off of 75 for our long trip to southern Florida! Hotel staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean & comfortable!

Location

Hotel room is getting old, shower walls with cuts in them. Ceiling cracked. Peas and Carrots in the sink. Staff let in a large baseball team 0800 to check-in and they ate all the hot breakfast instantly, we left for greener pastures!

Staff was rude. There was a mouse in my room and the hot water did not work. The entire experience was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room wasn¿t ready when we arrived. The bedding had several stains on it. It was decent but more of a 2 star hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, with fridge and microwave

Pool was closed, hot breakfast items but pancake maker was broken

Staff were friendly.

Worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in. Dust was piled up. The elevator was filthy. Pool was broken. Very disappointed and wouldn't stay there again.

The bathroom was old and tired with a rusty leaking faucet in the tub.

The staff is amazing and go above and beyond they work very hard the lady that was handling the breakfast was exceptionally professional friendly and efficient. always clean and affordable. Enjoyed my stay
