Pros +
- Clean. Friendly. Got us in last minute due to our previous booking being all of the opposite.
- Good breakfast clean room
- The staff was excellent especially the lady that was working in the breakfast room. She was very helpful and very kind.
Cons -
- Close to everything we needed. We were traveling through on our way south.
- You can tell it’s a somewhat renovated facility. The outside has more curb appeal than the inside. Rooms are still suffering from the 1980s. I did not find the beds very comfortable, and the pillows were just the same. The towels, although visibly clean, had a smell of stale cooking grease and borax. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the television 2 rooms down just as clearly as I could hear mine. The breakfast is edible but less than “good”. I’m not sure I’ve ever had eggs, biscuits, and Italian sausage. Kind of a weird protein. They used crock pots instead of industrial warmers. At least the juice wasn’t watered down.

The property was a relatively convenient location to both Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Staff were nice. Rooms were mostly clean.
