When I arrived at 11pm to rest from long drives the room was so hot with no ac and I could not sleep waiting hours for the room to cool down

Overall cleanliness of hotel. The staff was excellent.

My shower needed a newer head.

Elevator was out, staff not friendly, no coffee ready in limited cont bfast

Location.

Tub was rusted and did not drain well. Beds were lumpy. Small TV's. Not much on Breakfast selection. Room was dusty on bed frame and light fixtures.

Very dirty and the bed had been slept in and not refreshed in first room I was assigned.

Very friendly front desk person. Very helpful with the problems i had.

The tub would not drain and the room was not very clean. The refrigerator was leaking on the floor.

Friendly staff and a clean room with a nice couch to use.

The tub filled with water when showering.

Pool was not in operational order, meth pipe and smoke detector under couch cushions, sheets had spots on them

Everything at the breakfast bar was warm or cold as should be

Breakfast bar limited in choices. All carbs no and sugar, no protein. Toilet seat loose in room. Wall heater basically just blew lukewarm air.

I started out Enjoying my stay at Quality Inn, Rogersville, TN. Pet-friendly for my dog LuLu, although they charged me $45 for 3 days dog fee, I got a quiet, convenient first-floor room near the back door. Peaceful and easy parking added comfort.

Day 3 Dispointed, ill with flu, hotel demanded I vacate my booked room for another guest with no prior notice. Felt disregarded in my time of need, undermining my initial positive experience. A bad migraine and vomiting in trash can, no shoes, barley see.

Description of breakfast wasnt accurate. There is no hot food except waffle. Continental breakfast is a better Description. Closed breakfast around 9am. Including coffee. Disappointed there too.

The water pressure and parking. Staff was friendly enough.

Breakfast was disappointing, shower tiles and shower surround broken, no elevator.

The price and location were great. We wanted a hotel near Greenville for the night, and this one was perfect.

When we arrived, the person at the front desk was not very friendly. The room was clean, the sheets on the bed were stained, and we kept waking up in the middle of the night because the bed was very uncomfortable.

Continental breakfast, easy to find, close to conveniences

Advertised hot breakfast which they do not have also the pool was not opened and we had an employee in the room for over a hour because the tv was not working

The staff was very nice and helpful, from housekeeping to the front desk.

No snack machine that I saw.

We stayed in this same hotel 2yrs ago and was very pleased with it so we stayed again

They put us in a room with a broken hot tub and half of the power outlets didn't work,the bathroom fan sounded like it was coming apart,the cable tv didn't work much for the 2 days we were there and the key cards never worked right even after reprogrammed

The hotel was conveniently located right off the highway and near many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean. It had the amenities I needed. The motel offered a full breakfast with a variety of choices. Check in/out was quick and easy.

I stayed in a room with a connecting door and could hear the people in the room next door. It’s not the motels fault that the people were so loud but If I stayed again I would request a different type room.
