Bed was very comfortable and roomy. Free parking

Shampoo dispenser empty. Remote worked but wrapped with duct tape. Strong urine smell outside of rooms and building. No fridge or microwave in room.

Very comfy sheets and mattress. Great location, Ice close by available. Valet carts available.

Floors were dirty. For a deluxe upgraded room a small table would have been most helpful.

the location seems very safe but next to a warehouse that makes noise all night, like a whistling noise. but for the price it’s worth it, it’s not so loud you can’t sleep.

Great value at a good location. Polite staff. Clean.

TV service was spotty.

The staff at the desk at check-in was not terrific. The room was very clean.

The tub didn't have a stopper so only a shower was available. The phone didn't work and when I used my phone in the morning, no one picked up. There wasn't a clock in the room.

The cleanliness of the room . Location medical clinic the trip was for.

The mattress was a little bit too firm for our liking.

people outside my door talking and smoking, elevator with a glitch, sink was very slow to drain, smoke smell in the bathroom when the fan was off.

location was good for our needs

first room smelled terrible. cigarette smoke smell was strong, someone had put a plastic bag over the smoke detector so they could smoke in room and maids/staff completely missed it while cleaning room. new room door key card didn’t work. for a new set, they didn’t work. The need up having to go back to lobby 3 times then staff brought machine for keycard to the room. We went away Saturday came back those keys wouldn’t work. second attempt they still didn’t work. again third time before they could get key cards to work. staff was very “neutral” about the entire mess up.
