Great breakfast included! Quiet. Great location!

We found out price could have been cheaper if we had called the hotel directly.

Location was perfect. Quiet, by the river and a close drive to everything we wanted to see.

The location, available parking, great restaurants adjacent. Great view of the River, quiet, very little traffic.

Entry cards were a pain, numerous attempts to get to work

Greeted with champagne, fire in the lobby fireplace...perfect first impression when temperatures where below freezing for the entire weekend. Attention to the little details made this a memorable visit.

Not within walking distance to downtown attractions but a quick trip in our car or uber.

Very nice place with wine at check in, wine and truffles with turn down and free breakfast. It was quiet being a couple miles from Beale St. Uber cost $4 to Beale St.

Needs a larger sign out front on the main street.

Beautiful location. Service in the restaurant was awesome. Food was good quality and well priced.

Confusing messaging from the staff. The system teied to charge me twice. Shower hard to figure out. Expensive.

Mud Island location, bathrobes, books, and a fireplace.

Marketed as a luxury boutique hotel, the property appears outdated. Small, dark rooms and visibly filthy carpets detract from comfort, and outsourcing breakfast to Tug’s does not meet the expectations of a luxury hotel. The condition of the building itself makes the current pricing and luxury designation unjustifiable.

Location, service, facilities. Wish there were microwaves in my room to reheat my food. The bathtub was luxurious, followed by compliments champagne, a bathrobe and delicious cookies. I loved everything about my stay and will come again. what. The River Inn Terrace was my highlight! Love love love the ambience, jazz and food.

Spotted a few ladybugs and one spider that scared me. The food vouchers weren't enough but to only cover a non-alcoholic beverage or appetizer. I wasn't too thrilled about the food at Tugs Grill. Service was great but the food was eh.

Friendly & helpful people, spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast, spacious comfortable room, lovely location.

Classic, timeless atmosphere. Very quiet rooms with comfortable bed. Room is large. Neland at the front desk was extremely helpful with directions and the best ways to see certain attractions around town. Loved the parking situation.

More electrical outlets would be helpful.

Really wanted a kettle in our room but was kindly brought hot water when we asked.

Location.

There was no hot water at the property. They did not let me know that until AFTER I checked in. If I had been notified I would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else. Very shady practice in my opinion! There was no apology or offer of a discount upon check out. So I paid $300 (including tax) for a place to sleep and a cold shower!!

Location, comfortable. We enjoyed a good dinner at Paulette and drinks at the rooftop bar.

The experience with the false fire alarm that kept us up most of the night.
