Staff was friendly

First, I checked into room 213 and got locked in the room. There was no way for me open the door from the inside. Saw tape on the door latch. Second, I couldn't call downstairs because the phone didn't work. No TV service either. Room was dirty.

The lobby was dim and old looking, the elevator was dirty, smoke detector hanging from the ceiling with wires showing, the bed looked dirty, the bathroom floor was worn and faded, and the room was the worst I have ever experienced. Guest were complaining!

Customer service was horrible. We got in the room and the bed sheets were filthy we had to get new ones. The tv never worked. Man said he had to call Customer service and NEVER CAME BACK. Online its said it had a pool.The pool was half filled. THE WORST!

The location and it's all suites

The smell in my room and the distance from the elevator for the accessable room. You had to walk the entire hall just about to get to room

Nice breakfast choices, extremely accomodating and pleasent staff.

Cleaning products were excessive in the first room. The shower curtain rail was loose. The faucet needs to be replace. Room 115

The Location was great for what we needed

Dirty. The pool was ATROCIOUS!! the water was dirty and there was definitely no upkeep. If there's roaches in the rooms where guests sleep i can only imagine where the food is stored.

On 2 different occasions, 2 different clerks had their cellphones on speaker and was speaking another language while trying to assist me, that was very rude and unprofessional

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening check in clerk was excellent.

Yes, the room was disgusting! The toilet seat was dirty, I had to clean it before use. The trundle on the "sofa sleeper" had a dark yellow circular stain along with mouse droppings on top of the mattress. Hotel needs many updates and repairs.

Absolutely nothing.

It was dirty and it smelled badly. Also the beds did not get made and they ran out of towels. I was no satisfied with the help there at all. They did not care about the customers. It?s not anywhere near a 3 star hotel. The mattresses were dirty too.

Broken ice machine, room cleaning frequency (3 times during week stay,requested the 3rd cleaning), unable to communicate with most staff due to language barrier, mattress hard, pillows flabby.

Cleanliness and Space

Deposit has not returned. I paid $20 twice. I have not seen my deposit refunded yet. I wouldn't recommend a hotel that doesn't keep their word to anyone.

It was right off of the highway.

The hotel is a Marriott property, but does not meet Marriott standards. There was hair clogged in the kitchen sink; damage to the bath tub; body wash bottle spray was stuck. Overall condition of the hotel was dilapidated.

Front desk was friendly.

Elevators didn't work. Rooms were not clean.

The room is falling apart. The bathroom is gross and while staying there, the towel racks above the toilet just fell off! The indoor pool was closed for whatever reason but that, too, did not look appealing. It's a 2 star hotel at best

Near highway

Bathroom dirty.. multi person use shampoo and conditioner and body wash very unsanitary. Booked one night and got charged 2!
