Room needed a deep clean walking on the carpet with socks only on your feet would quickly stain socks bad enough bleached it and still was visible

It was hard to get in and out of. Police at hotel multiple times. We did not feel safe. I would not recommend this hotel. It was dirty and mold in our room.

The area did not feel safe for women traveling alone, nor did the parking lot feel safe for your car and personal property overnight. The double door lock didn't appear to work consistently after hours.

Room and lobby was nice

Absolutely NO SECURITY 3 vehicles broken into the first night window busted and everything stolen out of vehicle-1 belonged to a member of our party-razor wire top of metal fence-terrible unsafe part of town-mgmt was the RUDEST I have EVER experienced

The location, and nothing else. THEY HAVE BED BUGS AND DONT CARE!

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS. Hotel management does not care about clients, wont take your calls or return them, wont take accountability, and will never admit they have a bed bug issue. They wont provide pest inspection documents to corporate either. BAD!

Safe place to stay, coffee was good and the hotel was quiet and clean as you can expect.

The check in process was delayed due to the door being broken. There was still tape on the door preventing it from being locked from the inside when we checked in. Fridge was noisy and the toilet ran the whole time too. Food was not good.

Breakfast was a joke. Fresh made waffle tastes a bit sour. Juice was very much watered down. Neither eggs nor meat seemed fresh made. The staff were not professionally trained to help customers at all. Towels supply was it professional at all.

Nothing. You guys messed up and booked me for the day before. I booked it at 1:30 am for the same day. The hotel counted as a no show.

Can¿t say. I never stayed there.

Room was clean. That's all that satisfied me.

Don't trust the list of amenities. This hotel has the BARE MINIMUM.I booked this room because I thought they had laundry facilities AS NOTED. When I asked where they were.The female behind the glass laughed at me. RUDE. BREAKFAST was almost non-existent.

I checked out a day early. The staff was rude. I had to beg for another wash cloth. The young lady told me they only put one to a room. When I talked to the manager he was rude and very mean.

Smoke detectors was removed from the room. They didn¿t keep food out for breakfast on Saturday all food was gone by 8:15 and there guests coming down to eat. The elevator was not in good working conditions it would not go up with me and my wife and liuga

Comfortable bed.

Cardboard on the floor of the hallway. Door slammed just outside our room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and looked fairly updated. Beds were comfy. Location is easy to get downtown and on the highway. Hot sausage eggs and biscuits every morning for breakfast.

Close to the hospital. Felt safe. Parking lot was lit up well.

Location and condition were great

When we checked in we were told there was NO hot water. 2 days later when we checked out it was finally fixed in the morning.

Staff wasn¿t nice at!! All 4 of my tires and rims was stolen from my vehicle the staff wasn¿t concern about it at all cameras at this hotel wasn¿t working. Rooms had a Smokey smell.

The room was very spacious and clean, nice surprise considering the lobby smelled and the hallways were dated. Location was good considering we wanted to go to Beale St.

my car was broken in to busted out drivers window right in front of the registration area along with 3 other vehicles. NO SECURITY not a good area of town Camera was pointed at my car and did not capture any footage.
