Location was nice. Staff was great. Breakfast/pool and hot tub were nice as well.

The staff was amazing.Hotel employee was very accommodating as we checked in and even whenever brought our complaint to him.

After an easy check in, we found a roach in our hotel bathroom on the counter. We wanted to change rooms, but the hotel was completely booked.

The location is fantastic ! Breakfast good variety . Valet people very helpful and very kind always helping us anyway they could ! Very good size room especially for families.

The staff were not very friendly when asking for towels and things always made us feel like we were bothering them. The cleaning staff would skip our room just because we weren't ready to go out on there schedule and we would have to call for cleaning.

The location! We had a room overlooking the street behind the hotel, which is closed to traffic and is the trolley route. It was just lovely! It's a little pricey, but to us it was worth it.

Nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I like the proximity to Beale st and the other downtown locations

The bathroom was not clean. I made a complaint to the night audit staff who was new & didn't know what to do but for me to mention it upon checkout. I did and I sent an email at the time of checkout & have not to this date (9/5/23) receive a response.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and polite. I have stayed at this location several times over the past ten years and it is always a pleasant experience.

1st room had biking ants. The ants bit my daughter which made her swell and itch. We called the front desk and they found another room for us immediately.

Valet parking Website says noon check out It's actually 11. 2 people called to ask when I was leaving and acknowledged the error on website which has been that way for years I was told but never did anything.

The fact that there was 2 queens and a sofa bed. Plenty of shampoo and conditioner/soap. The breakfast bar was excellent.

I didn¿t like that I wasn¿t informed about valet parking and had no parking lot. There were unexpected charges.

We paid for valet parking and the attendant never moved our car from the place we left it.

The bedroom suites were very nice

Our original room did not have heat. Finally after an attempt to repair , we were moved to another room . It was a handicap room and much smaller than the one I paid for. It was not a suite.

Loved the two room setup and location.

No parking was a bit of a hassle but the front desk person was helpful.

Don¿t go here! Staff very rude and insulting! We inquired about alternative parking and they treated us like we were idiots! We are respectful and friendly people. If someone was having a bad night we would be understanding but, all were ill mannered.

Rude staff dirty room even after complaint no response my husband threw out food that had been left in room. If you can visibly see a room has not been cleaned think of what you can¿t see. Staff very rude from the start we should have left don¿t go here!

Lock on door was broken and it took two days and several requests to fix. Had to request towels and pillows several times, before getting towels ourselves Carpet badly stained leading to Knesset bldg Pool an odd color of green

It was a horrible experience the hotel is extremely hot, we were locked out of our room and had to wait for maintenance to come from home to get us in and it Took a couple hours. Someone else walked in our room while we were sleeping.

Location was walking distance from Beale street and top restaurants.

Hotel was not clean,over crowded. I had huge stain on the desk and roach on the floor of my room.

Location on the trolley line.

Breakfast was HORRIBLE. Rooms were dirty many items in disrepair. Heavy pot smoke smell in the halls on the weekends.
