There was no privacy from the first floor window. I couldn?t close the blinds so you could see in my room. Also, the tv wasn?t working. Management said all the TV?s had issues.

Toilet did not work Carpets needs to be replaced in coridors and lift.

Location was great and room and overall property was clean and maintained.

Staff Issues. 4/16/24 Breakfast lady was late and breakfast delayed around 45 minutes and front desk women was terrible too. Was on personal calls for HOURS(Personal calls with friends, and even a long call with IRS about refund status all on speaker. : (

I liked the location. Gentlemen and the two ladies with glasses were very nice.

The other entrances key reader didn't work. One of the employees was rude and unprofessional. This hotel isn't anywhere near a three star hotel and it should not be marketed or categorized as such.

The lamp on the nightstand was not working. Upon returning to the hotel for the evening, I stopped by the front desk to get 2 lightbulbs for the lamp and the front desk staff informed me they were out of light bulbs and had would notify maintenance

The room was clean and comfortable with a good a/c. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location of the motel feels like a safe area with lots of food and shopping nearby.

The breakfast was basic, but still decent. There were no usb power ports in the room.

They offered indoor pool. Pool wasn¿t working they offered us the pool next door it did not work either.

The breakfast was bland. They need to have bread that has gluten in it. It is nice to have non gluten bread but most people eat gluten.

Staff was nice at the entrance

There were a several issues with our stay: 1. The bathroom door wouldn¿t close in room #206; 2. Shower curtains were moldy and yellow; 3. The bathroom sink faucet had stains of soap from previous guest;

It was very clean

I booked this hotel because I have a bad back and planned to soak in the hot tub. It isn¿t working and the pool was also ice cold. When I went to inquire with the desk person wrapped in a blanket watching tv on the couch all I got told was yah it is bro

Dryer was not work had to leave to dry my clothes the hot tub wasn'working but was reimbursed my manager. So he made everything better

The room was spacious. The ladies at the front desk were polite and professional. The breakfast was nice with coffee, juice, bagels and cereal.

The corners and along the wall in the pool area would¿ve been swept a little better.

The room was dirty. Bugs in the shades, air conditioner with visible mold/growth. Shower head rusting out of wall.

Elevator didn’t work and key didn’t work had to go door stairs 3 times to get help

Staff was very friendly. Location is relatively close to I-40 and seemEd like a good area of town.

Room was fairly dated with worn carpet. Fairly clean but certainly did not seem spotless. 5 guests vehicles were broken into and robbed overnight, including ours so our stay there cost us about $1500.

Didn't stay long enough to like anything

The room was filthy. Something had obviously spilled with the previous guest that didn't get cleaned up, which had ants all over everything. When we pulled the bedding out for the pull out couch there was yellow stains like they hadn't been washed.
