Moxy Memphis Downtown

Of all the cure Moxy’s I’ve stay in, this was the cutest, thus far. The staff was friendly & the location was perfect for a downtown visit.

The young woman responsible for check-in & bar drinks took a while to get to us (both check-in & drinks). It was not her fault. She was tasked with two jobs that can understandably conflict in the afternoon & evening.

No parking- forced to pay for valet. No in room refrigerator or coffee makers.

Great hotel with a funky character. Staff helped me with a health crisis and free coffee in lobby was also appreciated. Allowed our dog although expensive fee for him.

Location. A place to get additional supplies. Unique setting.

Water leaked unto the floor when taking a shower.

Cool place. Different than most hotels. Staff was awesome!

Good location. Easy on and off interstate. 10 minute walk to Beale.

Room hadn¿t been cleaned but they gave us a new room right away and two free breakfast. Minor inconvenience given their response and courtesy was excellent.

The location and that it is situated on the trolly route. We walked everywhere we needed to go though because it was so close to attractions.

Seemed understaffed, the check-in process was very long.

Everything! The customer service was A* and the general manager went out of his way several times for us along with other guest. The hotel was just absolutely unique, clean, very cool ¿. Hats off to your owners & staff In every way! Thank you

Whew child.... where do I start? Just stick to the Marriotts on either sides of the moxy. But I did LOVE leaving to NEVER return to this fancy TRAP motel.

I took pics. Dead or dying plants on all floors getting off the elevators. Dirty showers and sinks... the shower had brown smudges and hair. The sink... lordt! Stay clogged! It had short curly hair and one long strain. The rugs in the room was obviously n

They were not prepared and understaffed. They were very nice but they ran out of basic things like towels and toilet paper.

Stylish, clean hotel. 2 free drink vouchers. Good location, not the closest hotel to Beale St but only a 12 min walk. Friendly staff.

Rooms are nice but small. No in room fridge or microwave.

The front desk staff was helpful multiple times. It was also nice that the hotel was within walking distance to the Cook Convention center and some downtown places. *Highly recommend eating at Hughey's if you get the chance. Full breakfast at the hotel.

Close proximity to Beale Street and area attractions. The staff was attentive, kind and very helpful. While the room was small, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The hallways are in need of carpet replacement and appeared dated and dirty. However, the room did not reflect this and appeared a bit more updated and clean.

Did not have bed requested first nite. Mattress worn out couldn't sleep Requested different room. Said they were full. Wanted refund then said they would see what they could do Went to second room. It was occupied bad experience

The location of this hotel was ideal for our needs. We had an athletic event at Cook Convention Center and wanted to visit Beale St. We were able to walk everywhere we went over the weekend. PERFECT LOCATION for a great weekend trip!

The size of the room was not what I expected. We had a double room. One bed was against the wall with only a few inches of space, so I had to climb out at night to use the restroom. The restroom was only toilet and shower; the sink was in sleeping area.

Location is excellent, easy in and out. Staff was nice. Breakfast was very good.

We were assigned a room that corresponded to parameters booked. Queen bed, double occupancy non-smoking. Unfortunately the room did not have a queen but something that is substantially smaller. Queen is 60x80 this bed was not a queen. More to the story...
