Clean and staff was smiling and friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The employees were friendly. The breeakfast was hot and delicious.

I did not have any issues with this hotel.

The front desk staff. Very helpful.

Dirty hotel. Just gross. We had so many problems with our rooms.

Location to event I attended

Phone was busy for 2 straight hours as I tried to call to let the front desk know I would be arriving late. Had to go through online chat which took forever. Got there and they did not have the type of room I reserved and prepaid for.

The rooms were smaller than it seemed. Most Hampton rooms are pretty spacious but not this one.

This was the worst experience. Blood on comforter no nonfat milk option. Phone didn¿t work and was dirty. When I called for new bedding the front desk could not hear me because the phone wasn¿t working. Called from cell and had to request new bedding

Front desk did not offer anything I had to ask for clean bedding. They brought a converter and I had to ask again for top sheet and had to make the bed myself which wasn¿t at all the problem. It¿s they didn¿t respond with complete new bedding.

Once we got to our room, went to relax watch a little TV before bed, NO TV. Upon check-in was asked for my credit card to have on file for incidentals. Upon reviewing my credit card found that the hotel charged me a second time for the room.

Proximity of where we needed to be

Lobby furniture condition should have been a red flag for it to be a Hampton/Hilton. Mold under sink. Dirty sheets with brown specks. Nite marks the next morning. Roaches. And yes, we have pics!

The only thing is my husband reserved our room and the price was $--- and about 15 minutes later I reserved the same type of room for my son and it was $--wasn't pleased with the difference

the staff was great help us out we had a flat let use air pump to get sams to get the tire fixed

Staff upon check-in was very nice and professional. Room was very clean, a/c was cool and bed was comfy. Breakfast staff was friendly and there was a decent variety of food for breakfast that tasted good.

Fridge in room buzzed in the cabinet. Once I unplugged it the room was quiet all night.

Excellent experience here!!! Breakfast was great, room was SUPER CLEAN, quiet and comfortable, staff was VERY PLEASANT and Helpful! THIS is why I stay at Hampton In s & Suites!!!

I was only able to stay one night due to my schedule - if I could have, I¿d have stayed longer !!!

The beds were so comfortable! We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool and true hot breakfast that was included. We will stay here again given the opportunity.

The lobby is elegant and very upscale and breakfast was different and hot everyday.

Pool was outdoors and i had to ask for it to be unlocked.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Gave us several options for dining out. Hotel is located in an area with several restaurants and stores if you need to get things at the last minute. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very spaceous. Had a sofa and mini kitchen. Nice TVs. Great breakfast. Very nice and I would stay again. Had microwave and refrigerator.

Bathroom okay but plain. No major issues though

The hotel was updated and in a good location.

The air conditioner did not work, we even changed rooms the first day and the air conditioner did not work in either room. The staff did no seemed concerned or offer any solutions. Will not be staying at this hotel ever again.
