Yes. My experience was very disappointing. First I paid for my room in advance through Affirm. Upon trying to check in from out of town with a handicap husband I was not able to check in due to the $250 "incidental policy". I was not aware.

Staff very rude and unprofessional room not clean ask manager and he was just as rude as his staff, room smell like smoke asked for air freshener didn't have any toilet wasn't clean breakfast was terrible

Toilet in room was cracked, hard to flush and not connected to floor.

They allowed birthday parties? the Pool was full of folks without room reservations. Breakfast - was overcrowded w kids running everywhere. Room smelt musty - clearly some water damage recently or animal pee. Hotel didn?t feel safe at all.

Continental breakfast

The cleanliness was not up to par. Bathroom was dirty. Room was musty.

It was very nice inside and they had around the clock security outside.

The pool was a little small, especially with the summer time rush of families.

As at all Embassy Suites, we like the happy hour and free breakfast.

I know it was the heat of summer, but it was SO hot in the common areas of the hotel. The rooms were nice and cool, though. Also, the music that's played in the common areas was so loud overnight. I slept on the sofa bed so I was awakened by it.

I like the breakfast and the cocktails that you received in the evening.

I did not like that they had construction going on and did not notify their guests to booked with them first to give them an option if they wanted to stay there with that going on or not. I also did not have hot water the whole entire state.

I checked in and the first room wreaked of marijuana so strong I couldn't even walk in the door. I was assigned a different room where the guests next to me played loud music and banged on the door all night until I finally called the front desk at 3 am a

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and the lobby area; it was very nicely decorated and up to date. I also like the fact that hot breakfast was included with the room and there was not an additional fee for that.

I did not like that the towel rack in the bathroom was broken and there was some type of old water stain in the carpet in the living room area. Also, we kept hearing a noise above us every time someone turned on the shower which made it hard to sleep.

Hotel was being updated. We had a very old room with a horrible old smell. Nasty dirty carpet. Bathroom looked like motel 6. I expected much better for the price I paid. I expected much better from the Hilton brand.

Beautiful hotel lobby. Hotel employee gave us an upgraded newly renovated room. Chef makes made to order omelets. So many hot and cold options on buffet. Bed most comfortable. Hotel employee at front desk offered Hilton Honors.

Nothing. Everything was great!

The hotel was very clean & the staff were wonderful.

There were some children being loud but it was not unbearable.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Convenient location. George at the frontdesk provides excellent customer service.

The hotel room was not renovated. It was in total disarray. The hotel is undergoing renovations which is fine, but the room they put us in was filthy, stains on furniture, rips & holes, dirty air vents, tub & toilet, pictures on the walls, light fixtures.

Beautiful. Great location. Close to main attractions. Breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly.

The double beds didn¿t work well with the four people. The pull out couch was not comfortable at all. The AC didn¿t work well. So it was uncomfortable for us to sleep. The rooms were under construction. Which they did need an upgrade.

They tell you over the phone there is no deposit but once you get to the hotel to check in you soon to find out there is a deposit.

What I liked most was the courtesy of the staff.

The carpet in the living area was filthy and stained. The carpet in the bed room was dirty. Some of the towels were thin and from usage and had a grayish Hugh. There were several flies in the breakfast area, specifically around the waffle making area.

The layout, atmosphere, location, and overall what you get for the cost.

It¿s impossible to get ahold of lost and found. I lost my glasses and tried to call and see if they were left in the room and I still haven¿t heard back. I called same day as check out.

Great staff. Awesome restaurant breakfast and happy hour experiences.

Back/side door handle needs fixing. Sofa in my room had ugly stains¿ need serious cleaning or replaced.
