Courtyard by Marriott Memphis East/Park Avenue

Location was an easy commute to downtown and near many fine restaurants.

They skimped on towel service and cleaning my bathroom - every third day.

Seems the hotel had recently updated the locks on all the doors. We had to swipe a card for access to park and enter our room. Had difficulty with the

Breakfast is an additional fee (cooked to order). For the price of the room, breakfast could have been included. At least a continental breakfast.

The hotel was clean, close to amenities, and quiet.

Another courtyard that didn¿t have hardly any menu items available for dinner. The lady working just offered to make up a bbq pizza . It was good but not what we wanted. Rest was as expected.

The lady at the check in was friendly. The location was convenient.

The room was faintly mildewy. Hotel didn't compare well to other Marriott properties ive been in. Im willing to bet its partially just Memphis.

Large room better maintained than most

Charging for parking is BS. Young girl at front desk had to ask for help checking is in both times I stayed.

Clean. Safe. Gated parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

It's the perfect location for where we needed to be. Easy to get to many places from there

On the first night, we noticed the sink was draining very slowly. Later that night (around 6 0r 7 pm) my daughter took a shower and the shower flooded. there was water everywhere. maintenance had gone home so I asked for a plunger and fixed it myself.

The room was spacious and clean. It had free parking and free wifi. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was perfect for our needs.

The sheets were pilled and the bed needed another blanket/comforter for how cold it was outside.

It was near the friends we were visiting. It was also quiet.

The elevator was broken. The guest laundry facilities were not working. There was no hand soap provided by the sink. There were small sugar ants in the room. There was no microwave in the room. My wife is a tea drinker, but there were no tea bags.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was good for us.

Most hotels where we have stayed during Covid have found a way to give us breakfast, minimum fruit and yoghurt in a bag to go. This one did not and the order we made from the lobby was expensive.

The room was big and bed was comfortable.

Water pressure was weak. Whole 3rd floor smelled like weed.

Hotel was great and convenient. Room was not ready when we arrived, but Front Desk Manager put things in motion to get everything in place and to make us feel as welcome as possible. Great customer service on her part during these crucial times.

My family and I were displaced due to fire, the staff was very friendly and we felt safe and secure during our stay.

Sits next to an active RR line. Sound is an issue. Undergoing remodeling too.

I arrived at 11 o'clock and was able to check in.

Breakfast was good but I don't feel the quality was worth the price I paid.

The location of the hotel was the absolute biggest selling point for me as I was looking for an apartment in Memohis due to a recent job change and relocation to the area.
