Quality Inn Memphis Airport

The staff were rude. I worked at night and had privacy tag on my door but they kept banging on my door everyday wanting to clean room. Room wasn’t clean when I got there. bad smell old furniture. Loud parties. I hated it here. These people need to learn how to conduct their behavior. I didn’t bother anyone. I worked. But I felt like I was being harrassed

The hotel itself was great. Very clean, comfortable room with great beds. The price was pretty good. I didn't really have a problem with the property.

The Direct TV remote did not work, we couldn't watch TV. The location is HORRENDOUS! 18 wheelers, like loud cars, cops, etc ALL DAY AND NIGHT. You'd have to have earplugs to stay here. I could not sleep. Also every time we left the hotel to go out it ALWAYS smelled like weed when we returned , it smelled VERY STRONGLY. I'm glad I brought my Bath & Body Works room spray. Otherwise we couldn't stay there.

Good location

I took a fall in the swimming pool because of the paint inside the pool and room was not as clean as it should have been at check in. Also breakfast was not as good as expected.

Big room, clean and comfortable.

The free breakfast was unexpected nice. It included breakfast sandwiches, as well as waffles. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant both evening and mornings. Room and external areas were clean and tidy.

It is located in an area of the city that is a bit run down and didn't feel entirely safe. However, the parking area and room access is behind a fence and gate.

I really enjoyed the service. Kind and attentive staff.

Location was very good.. and the workers are very nice.

The kids love to swim and everything was very clean and sanitized.

The smell of marihuana was strong in some areas of the hotel. The bathroom was not very clean.
