Canopy by Hilton Memphis Downtown Beale Street

Everything! Great room and very quiet. Great lobby and bar with lots of seating. Great areas to work.

Need room numbers for direction on the floor wall and cleaning staff to make sure all hair removed from shower and bedding.

Modern/New, clean and the staff was very helpful to me with my unique needs for our stay. Very nice hotel with a great downtown location.

Room was a little small and the view of that parking garage was not great either. Parking was probably the worst of it all and having to valet your vehicle ($30) when you're paying what you already paying on a nightly basis is troubling.

The location was perfect for our trip and what we had planned. We were able to walk to many great restaurants. Everyone was very nice including the valet and the front desk folks.

The location is great, the staff is professional and friendly. Young lady working valet was AMAZING. She was so kind every time.

I didn't like paying to valet my car at such a high price per night. If I had known that - I wouldn't have rented a car.

The staff was great they were helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area.

The bathroom in the room could have been cleaner.

Hotel decor and location

The hotel staff was extremely rude. The front office manager was the worst hotel manager I have ever dealt with. Cleaning staff go into your rooms even with do not disturb on the doors.

Exceptionally clean and modern hotel! Right across the street from The Peabody, 15 walking minutes to National Civil Rights museum, tons of restaurants to choose from, trolley accessible, and walkable to the best dessert place in town Cupcake Cutie!!!

Valet was slow. They were hustling, but they needed more than one for valet service. On our last night, the gentleman working the front desk was not as helpful as the others. He was rude to the other person working with him and didn¿t match what we had

The onsite restaurant. Try the wings -- they are awesome!! And visit the Peabody across the street to watch the ducks come through the lobby twice daily.

Our room was not ready at check-in time so we had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby.

Location. Easy walking distance to Beall Street.

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Coffee maker was expresso and no complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Really neat hotel. Seemed very new and modern. The room fit with the downtown Memphis vibe. Very clean, front desk staff were amazing. You could walk right out the door to downtown Memphis. Will stay here again.

There is a lot of noise that comes up from the street. I waa unable to sleep, because the noise never stopped.

The Canopy by Hilton downtown Memphis is a really great spot for everything in the area of Beale Street. The room isn't as big as picture on the website but it was nice and we enjoyed it. The staff was really friendly and efficient.

Location is best, nice room, good staff

The hotel was very clean. The location was perfect and in walking distance from many of the things we wanted to do. You had to use your room key to use the elevator to get to your floor. This made me feel much safer.

The hotel does not have a pool. I left a necklace in the room upon checkout. I called the hotel about an hour after we left and spoke to a person in housekeeping. She told me she would call me back, but she never did.

The esthetic, the drinks and the fries

The maid service (a man) almost came all the way in my hotel room. Although it sounds as though it was a mistake, inconvenient still. He was told my room was empty, I had just checked in maybe 45 mins prior to that. Communication could be better.

The vibe was so cool. The room was excellently decorated. Perfect amenities¿huge mirror, great restaurant, etc.

The water took 5 min to warm up. Shower was a little dirty.

The hotel was modern and comfy. The lobby had a very nice seating area and the staff was very friendly. The location was unbeatable.

I did not have housekeeping during my stay.
