The location and bed was so comfortable!

Cons -

I was not given the courtesy of a 1 hour late check out.
Key did not work, staff was not engaging, parking limited.
I was charged for parking garage but I parked on the street.

Staff was great and very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious and had the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in hotel. This hotel brand always exceeds my expectations.

My shower did not have running water so at 6 am they tried getting us another room. First room they tried to give us to shower the lock was dead, finally the second room on another floor worked. Too much going on at 6 am. Hot tub didn¿t work

Spacious room and comfortable bed.

Had to move to a different room, lots of noise from the elevators.

Decent hotel decent location

Parking was a bit tricky as there are three hotels useing the same lot but other than that all good

Very clean

No tea bags in the room, very stingy with small things only two cups in the room also had to ask for another coffee for the morning. Also very expensive parking fee.

Hotel was in a good location for what I was there for ( close to Cannon Center). We were only there for one night.

We were woke up at 2:45am by loud yelling in the hall from people coming in after being on Beale at all night. Walls are very thin, not what we expected for the price.

The room size and amenities. I love the remodeling Marriott has done.

Parking was not close by.

The hotel is a bit run down. For instance, while they have a boarding pass printing station, the printer is currently broken and there is no sign that indicates this despite the front desk staff being aware that the station is broken.

Great location. Friendly Staff. Room was clean and up to standards.

nice room and close to everything downtown

there was a strange anitseptic/airfreshener odor in the lobby near the central stairs...not bad... just odd.
