Staff very helpful and responsive. Location lovely.

our Room #207/ door frame w/ paint missing, the door beat up (scarred and scratched), like someone had tried to force it open w/ a crow bar. The door closed but was badly damaged. Not a good sign.

Rooms were okay.

Breakfast was inadequate. Cold to go items only. The key card reader for the outside access door closest to our room did not work for the entire 5 days we were there. Housekeeping had to be scheduled a day prior. Staff seemed to be rather distracted.

Suite is two separate large rooms. Good bedding. Stayed at this hotel several times in past, but it has deteriorated in the year if Covid.

TV in sitting area was not working. Called, but no one came. For 3 night stay, no service in room. Advertised hot breakfast was grab and go. Entry door was broken and slammed on closing. Covid excuse for poor service and curt attitude.

Great location, friendly staff, vey clean hotel.

When I arrived I received a room that was not the one pictured on my reservation.The lady informed me you all booked the wrong room.I had to end of paying more than expected.I have never had this to happen and I will be writing several reviews.

Staff extremely friendly. Good breakfast items.

Some of the electrical outlets were worn out causing a bad connection with anything you plugged in (like cell phone chargers).

Close to stores and restaurants the suite was what I wanted it was modern and updated was on the ground floor in the corner like an apartment, could set my own temp. Friday's breakfast buffet was delish. Lots of healthy offerings

Everyone on the staff were very hospitable.

Some rooms have old and load A/C units. We had to switch rooms from an old unit to a new one.

Rooms comfortable and roomy..the prospect of a long walk to the breakfast in the lobby was eliminated by an easy change from a room to a suite nearer the lobby. Hotel super quiet even with a HS football team in residence! Excellent breakfast.

suite/room 208 has view only of the satellite dish.
