Mostly everything. The rooms need upgrading. Bathroom missing handles and room service is very poor

Unless room with chicken and dead bugs in the corner. Air didn’t work, no other rooms were available to switch to.

Did not have room I booked was not made aware till check in. No cribs available. Both treadmills in gym broken. Beat up furniture in room, wallpaper peeling off the walls, dirty dishes in room. Loud air conditioner. Cancelled our other reservation

I loved the friendly front desk associates and the spacious rooms.

My problem was the breakfast attendant. She had no desire to refill the breakfast. When we arrived at 9:30a ALL the food was gone, no eggs, no juice, cereal was low, the sausages looked dry and the line was long for waffles. We did not eat.

I went into the room to look at it and initially thought it was lovely. Then I saw food on the floor near the sofa bed. I was goj g to use the phone to ask the room to be cleaned but noticed a bed bog on the white linen. I was not issued a refund.

Customer service was terrible except the ladies that handled the food The hotel rooms are dated Refrigerator did not work and a horrible smell..the employee must live there...towels ...Marijuana was so heavy you had to walk with something over your face

The room was great! The room was huge, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.

The hotel is a bit difficult to navigate. The rooms are separate from the lobby which seemed odd.

The location was good.

I specifically booked a 2 bedroom suite for my family of 5. When we arrived late at night we were told that our room wasn?t available because the people before us decided to stay an extra night! They split us into 2 rooms! My youngest son cried.

The hotel tried to charge my card 2 times before I got to the location to check in. Once we arrived to check in, we were informed that we no longer have a room and that it was canceled, and that our room was already sold.

The staff was awesome

Found a bedbug and there was liquor bottle under the bed

Breakfast needs more items...I don't eat pork (that's the only meat they had to offer)... Turkey Bacon or Turkey Sausage would've been nice...but overall it was decent...

Person at desk did not listen to me. I drove for over 7 hours explained i was exhausted and needed someplace quiet. She then put us in a room right behind elevator and by door so we heard elevator and door slammed all night. Shower the best. Unhappy!

The staff was accommodating for room location requests for our family.

The rear entrance door was inoperable and left ajar the entire stay.

I like the accommodation of a King suite with living area and kitchen.

I didn't like not being secure and safe at this property due to the door that was broken and the hotel has been waiting for a part since May, 2022. No Security
