It was quiet

No breakfast...some of staff was rude

Horrible air didn’t work and fire alarms were set off during night power went out in room as well worst experience ever

Immediately the front counter assistant was ready and happy to check us in. Beautiful lobby, the room was chilly cold in the summer heat!

This hotel is the worst reception I have ever been to. The whole system of the hotel is a mess and I don't want to visit it again. I am a Marriott member and it was a really disappointing and disappointing day.

They charged me $130.00 for incidentals And said it would be 6 days for refund . I didnt like this at all

I liked nothing about this property.

Hotel didn't have clean rooms to fulfill reservation. The lady at desk had to hastily get room ready. Only made one of two beds, the room wasn't clean and the location was terrible.

I liked that the hotel felt newer and more modern. It was easy to get to and was not near the main road.

The bathroom floor was dirty and did not look like it was swept or mopped. A towel looked as though it was reused and placed back from another use before we came. The room could have been much cleaner and the ac could have been in a better location.

Staff, especially night staff,  could not have been nicer or more welcoming.

We could not seem to adjust the temperature up from a frigid 68. We tried. Finally, we just opened the window. Worse, the shower did not work. There was a water pressure problem, so a 3 inch bath filled in 10 min. Black hairs in the tub: not mine!

The folks were friendly and helpful. Room was missing linen when I arrived, however when alerted the staff quickly had that remedied. Sam & Frankie were very friendly, and I enjoyed speaking with them. Also the PM and AM desk clerks were very courteous.

No hand rails in shower. Breakfast choices were lacking

Our room was filthy. Don't think the floors had been vacuumed or swept in weeks. Staff didn't seem to care. No breakfast, either.

Had to buy coffee and breakfast. Had to ask for extra of the cheap coffee packets in our room.

I liked best that Marriott courtyard is usually a great stay but not so much this location.

I understand there is a lot of come and go in hotels but it seems like I heard every noise possible in this hotel. Plus there is a huge gap under the room door between the hallway so you can hear everything and I mean everything. Not worth $---

The staff were awesome so nice and polite. The front desk lady was the best she extended my check out time a hour later due to a funeral I was there for from Indiana. The hotel is located close to everything you need!
