Location and staff was incredibly nice. Mattress was very comfortable.

Wasn't made aware that it was under construction. Walls are very thin, could hear everything from the hallway, and there were stains on everything including the furniture and curtains. Not worth the price at all.

Owner, worked at the desk when we were there. He wore many hats and always went way above and beyond our expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel and plan to return.

Everything was great! Nice room, quiet, Typical hot breakfast with plenty of choices. No problems at all.

The tv was in Spanish on most channels and had commentaries on other and the remote did not work right. Had to get another from the desk which she brought up and had to program it ourselves

The only negative I can say is the guy that checked us in needs to work on his greeting his guests. Barley spoke and was borderline rude.

Friendly, professional staff. Carpet had a few stains, but room seemed clean otherwise.

Comfortable bed, breakfast food was diverse with hot food. The water at the main desk was added feature. Very nice overnight stay!

I was changed to 3 rooms before I could keep in one 1st room I went to get in bed bed was peed in 2nd one had so much dog pee floor was sticky 3rd room floor disgusting I have pictures of all

The price

The shower curtain rod was angled down so the curtain would not remain closed and the AC in the room would NOT keep the room cooled off. Even with me turning it down to 60!

Breakfast was terrible. Also someone needs to check the directions to the hotel. Took us to the wrong exit. When we called hotel we were told the mail cox was full. Finally a guy at gas station told us to go back one exit.

Clean, quiet, convenient to Chattanooga & Nashville locations. Standard free breakfast.

Beds too too soft

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Clean. Big room. Quiet. Nice King bed. Nice bathroom and Shower. Good breakfast and well stocked. Overall an excellent experience. We will stop there again ANY time were coming or going to Florida or anywhere in the South.

Staff members are exceptional. This staff is the ideal staff to be running a place like this. They are kind, helpful, and make you feel welcome. They don't treat you like just another number. This group all deserve raises. Bed comfortable. Clean room.

Please think about putting some eggs and bacon out occasionally. Kind of tired of just the biscuits and gravy. Not everyone wants that or a waffle. But I get it, you can't please all. But it works, I guess.

I loved how clean and friendly the staff was.

The only issue I had was the water when you took a shower for the 2nd time even a couple hours later didn't warm up very well.

Room was not clean - hair and crumbs in the sheets - and trash leftover from last guest in trash cans

it was a standard hotel. breakfast was good. Staff was nice and accomodating.

both rooms we tried had a musty odor, indicating mold or mildew in the hotel. the first was strong musty like unwashed socks kind of smell. The second room smelled like pool chlorine. None of the bathrooms we saw had bathroom fans, just a vent.
