They double charged me. Assured me they didnt. And 10 days after still have a hold of my money.

There were bedbugs in the room and we took a photo, showed the front desk and the owner refused to give us a refund, cussed me out and told me he hopes I get in a wreck and my wife and dog die! Horrible experience!

just off the highway, but that did not compensate for anything this is a negative comment as ran out of room below. Had all breakfast item horded where you could not get any. Had to ask for, had to give room#, boss afraid you might eat to much.

bed was so old that we sunk into it. very uncomfortable and got a poor nights sleep, off and on. air conditioner barely worked. never could get comfortable cool, and controls were difficult to use. breakfast; coffee out, all other items had to ask for

The location was great and it offered some nice options.

The hotel had roaches, dirty floors and the beds were very used and not very clean. The beds were like sleeping in a taco.

I was given two rooms before I talked to the front desk and asked them to cancel my reservation. I did this because both rooms were infested with roaches.

There is nothing about this hotel that I liked. We ended up leaving during the night because of the roaches and the cigarette smell in the room which was a non-smoking room

The roaches were really bad. When one filing climbed on my daughter at about midnight we decided to leave. Also at the room was marked a non-smoking room but it was a smoking room

The beds were super comfy

Room floorplan was good and did serve a breakfast. Affordable but there is a reason. There is NO way this is a 3.5 star hotel. I would barely give it a 1 star.

Location horrible- across from bar & liquor store. Lots of traffic, noisy. Appeared to have illegal activities happening in/around hotel. The clerk herself seemed to get a lot of visitors. Didn't feel safe there. Also bed was broken down w huge "sink hole

Hotel did not have pool, balcony or suite as advertised.

Location and price were good. The breakfast was not fancy, but was good. The staff were courteous and friendly. I have stayed at this motel close to 20 times and it has met my needs of convenience and price.

There were some small bugs seen on a table. They were in need of some insecticide treatment. The toilet did not flush well.

Friendly staff was the only thing positive

It's dirty, bed was uncomfortable, carpet has stains throughout, towels were white but all of them had stains so I wouldn't shower

Very clean and blankets was comfy they wasn't hotel blankets which made it way better and very clean very safe location everything worked as it should had

RESIDENTIAL NOW! Vacuuming at 1:30am! Tenants on drugs and/or alcohol and confrontational! Neglected kids begging for food, drink, and attention! Outside security locks broken! Dead bolt on room broke! Staff RUDE/UNPROFESSIONAL!! Pool broke DON'T STAY!!!

The location and it's quiet.

They've let it run down. The rooms are in need of new carpet and tile. The pool was empty. They don't offer the good hot breakfast they used to offer.
