room size was nice for a single room

did not like that indoor and outdoor pools were advertised, yet there was no pools actually on the property.

Nothing was told was scary and they refused to let me pay for another night

No breakfast

nothing it was a dump

everything was bad...dirty, bugs things broken, staff cold, false amenities..stay elsewhere

The pool was not available, no breakfast as advertised. It is a tired old building that has seen better days,

Door was locked for breakfast at 7am when i left. In short no breakfast as advertised.

Everything, air conditioner didn¿t work, no soap. Staff was rude, tv broken, no breakfast. It¿s ashame once you book room you can¿t get refunded because we would definitely want a refund.

First did not get the guaranteed room type, the ac was broken so then I was loved to another room and it wasn't my guaranteed room type either. no fridge in 1st room, no microwave in 2nd. these people came inside room when I went to store 2 turn ac off.

TV was broke, no toilet paper in the room, service sucked, stray cats everywhere.

The shower head has been broke for a good bit now no refrigerator no ice. Guy at front desk was rude

They had no breakfast and advertised that they did. I was very disappointed., I look forward to my breakfast and coffee my fuel to start my day

The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate.

Room was supposed to have microwave & fridge but didn't, asked for a room with fridge and got it but no microwave. Heater worked but was noisy, dusty and old. No breakfast other than waffles, muffins, toast, coffee, and juice. Keycard only worked 1 night

Staff told us to get it off the email when we asked for reciept. Drawers in room where broken, no toiletries, door would not close unless you slammed it and room was right next entrance ramp on freeway. "Breakfast" was cereal without milk and stale muffin

There was no microwave, coffe maker neither fridge in the room. None!

What I didn’t like-It was 32 degrees and the bed had a sheet only. No blanket. Heat stops up my sinuses. TV remote didn’t change channels.

Leaving was the best part

The fact ice machine did not work nor do they have refrigerators in room so there was no way for anything cold to be kept the whole time

No refrigerator in room,sink was stopped up,washed clothes ,the dryer did not work,went to front desk the clerk said oh we can dry your clothes we leave for 20 min come back some old guy throws my clothes on a table in the office.bras panties? Never go ba

The location. The room would have been great had it been on the ground floor considering I had a handicapped woman with me.

I dont like the fact that they managed to charge me two separate totals for the one week I stayed at the property. I would like a refund for over 3 hundred dollars. I dont know if I will ever use that hotel again.

Good location, clean, comfy bed.
