Hampton Inn & Suites Manchester

Breakfast was good. They offered waffles, oatmeal w/various toppings, eggs, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, FRESH coffee, & a variety of other breakfast beverages. If this didn't appeal to you, there is a Waffle House & Cracker Barrel really close by.

There was nothing that stood out that I didn't like about this hotel.

Clean enough

There was mold in the tub/shower. I don't see why incidentals are $100 deposit. We all have cell phones. Hyatt only charged $15. Breakfast was disgusting!

The room was recently updated however you can tell cleaning was lacking. The beds were hard

Breakfast was great,clean,set up real nice .

Halls and elavator where hot as it was outside. Chair bottoms were worn out in the area you set to eat.

The location

Toe nail clippings were on the floor and hair was in the carpet. The blanket was itchy so kicked them on the floor

It is clean, price is reasonable and the staff was very nice.

The beds were a little to furm, had time sleeping

The hotel was better than we thought and convenient to our destination. Everything thing was quite and pleasant.

The only downfall is in the hallway there is no A/C in the hallway and there is a lot of moisture - feels sweaty and that heat from the hallway comes into the room and takes a while to cool it down.

Rooms were nice and clean

The front desk staff wasn’t friendly. The fan on the heater wasn’t working and we were told that the temps were controlled by the hotel. We asked for a simple fan for the room and she said “we don’t have an extra”

air did not work. staff locked the front door had to knock to even check in. worst customer service. not happy.

Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Able to control temp in room. Breakfast was good, but not spectacular by any stretch.

Sink drain running very slow. Found out when I checked out they already knew. Had to figure out whether to control hvac with wall thermostat or on the unit itself. Decor in dining room very worn. Whole place needs a refresh. Oatmeal at breakfast was watery and barely warm.

Bed was comfortable.. Breakfast was good. Place was clean. It was quiet.

The drive way was hard to find the first time.

Room was nice. Free breakfast included.

Price too high for one room in Manchester tenn

bathroom tiles cracked and dirty and mold on the bottombreakfast by 8am there was no strong coffee left oatmeal was gone.

Hampton is very consistent and predictable. Great chain of hotels.

Thought it was a little spendy. Expected less in a remote location.

Was clean, relatively comfortable.

The rooms were crowded, not even a decent place to make coffee. There was no dresser, which didn’t bother us as we were just passing through and just spending one night, but someone else staying for multiple nights would have no room to get settled in. The beds were in good shape but were a little hard for my taste. The breakfast was decidedly lackluster. Very little selection. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels for half the price.
