Horrible front desk clerk. and I left immediately and went to another hotel after she tried to scam me out of paying for an additional room.

Smell of the room, filthy, old

The only thing I liked was the convenience of the location.

The room wreaked of cigarettes & I could smell marijuana the whole time throughout the parking lot & building.

The only good thing was I-40 access.

The motel was older and was in poor condition, in dire need of repairs and maintenance and cleaning inside and out (the place was dirty). You need to remove this motel from your list of motels.

The staff and location.

The rooms were poor. Needed dusting, carpets soiled, stains on bedding, phone not working and BED BUGS. Staff responded right away. Brought huge garbage bags for our belongings. I suffered several painful bites. Now he have to stop the spread to our home.

The lady at the desk tried hard to do the best with what she had.... whoever owns this hotel puts little to no money, effort, and time into keeping it clean... and maintained. It¿s obvious money , greed runs this business. The rooms are hit and miss...

Every room I¿ve tried has had things that didn¿t work or were obviously broken, chairs, usb if the room even had one, remotes, tv¿s and here¿s the BIG ONE - two of three rooms had inadequate heat/ air and one morning I woke up and it was about 55 degrees.

Uncomfortable beds, and room was dirty! Smelled like mold!

Cleaniness of room. Bits of a cut up credit card on floor. Smell was overwhelming of sanitizer/deodorizer. No batteries in remote. Could not contact help desk because phone was not operational. Would not recommend! disappointed that you did!

Stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year now for years . Staff was rude and the room smelled and was not Clean . This was my last stay here and several of the party I make this trip with agree as well !

Fixed the backed up sink right away. Staff was friendly, free internet. Coffee and juice were good.

Both the motel exterior areas and the room were exceptionally clean. The room was nicely furhished. WiFi was very fast and the television had a great selection including several premium channels. Hot breakfast was very tasty. Staff was great.

The room was very clean.

The decor was outdated, toilet and sink were very small and short in height. However, the cleanliness of the room, the wonderful breakfast, and the moderate price will cause us to return.

Young man who helped me at checkout was very nice and professional- breakfast was good.

Room I was given was dirty- supposed to be non-smoking but obviously wasn't- I am severely allergic to cig smoke and suffered for a few days afterwards. Air conditioner did not do well, and cuts on and off during the night,and I wake up each time it does.

The location was good. Breakfast was ok. nothing really was amazing but was ok.

The woman who did the check in was not friendly and when asked if she could put us in a room where the friends we were meeting could be close, we were told no. She didn't smile even when we tried to joke a bit with her.

Availability. Much improved over a visit 2 years ago.

Bathroom sink leak in room 116. Bad enough that carpet was wet. Reported so am sure it will be fixed

Yes We called the front desk about 8:30 a.m. and asked for a late check-out. The lady gave us until 12 noo. At 10:30 there's was someone banging on our door. When I open the door the two hotel maids Sd" we have to clean so you need to leave "
