Clean

The price is excessive for the quality. Breakfast isn't served until 7, so for early travelers like myself, that means not having any. The evening staff was good at her job but scripted and not particularly friendly. The pillows were flat.

Room and bathroom had a lot of space, was very clean and staff was very welcoming.

Staff were very professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. It had everything there that you would want. The room was very clean and kept up.

Location and the fact that the manager worked with me to make it better by offering a credit.

There was an issue with the hot water and the tv would not work. A maintenance guy came and was able to get the tv on. But, after I turned it off I could not get it to turn back on again.

We did not get the room we reserved. The room we received and the description were not even close. We reserved and paid for a double room with sofa and got a single room no sofa bed.

The location was nice and the 2nd shift desk attendant was nice

Last minute booking

The walls were so thin we could hear the person snoring in the next room. The breakfast was severely lacking. No warm eggs or meat at all. Waffles, biscuits, and gravy. Cold items like boiled eggs. Watery oatmeal. Will not stay again.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, lobby, pool, and gym. Tasty breakfast. We were in town for a funeral and this place was a great oasis for us. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance too

We enjoyed the pool and complimentary breakfast the most!!

We were there for three nights and did not get cleaning service. I inquired on my way out and was told it¿s every three days. I should¿ve inquired earlier! But it didn¿t hamper anything. T

Lacked in cleanliness. I have to assume it was due to lack of staff, but this was NOT a 3 star hotel. I¿d put it in the 1.5 - 2 category.

I was supposed to get a king room with a pullout sofa and I only got 1 king bed so my son and I had to sleep in the same bed. The clerk on duty also had a bad attitude.

Staffing issues, I guess not enough people to work. Front desk was hardly ever there, and had to wait forever for towels. Breakfast area unkempt and again I believe it was staffing issues. Would not recommend at this time.

The hotel was quite.

The shower had some rust in it. The grout needed to be cleaned.

Nearby to lots of food and shopping, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Loved the hotel!

The breakfast offered was terrible. I can eat cheerios at home.The person serving the food was not very personable and just short with her answers.

Air conditioning in room 130 was so VERY loud and there is a street light that shine right into that particular room

No breakfast, not even cold or package, door key did not work, and had to be reset

The location was great and this is a safe area. Restaurants nearby within walking distance. This is a new hotel with nice amenities!

Very Clean! The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was a normal free breakfast but still very good. We will be back!
