Hyatt Place Nashville Hendersonville

Location, pool, and room setup. It was great for a family of four.

There was a musty smell in the second floor hallway entering from the parking lot.

Location and staff

The heater wasn’t working and we had to change rooms. The hotel phone didn’t work.

Very friendly staff, nice neighborhood/shopping w/ easy highway access, overall hotel cleanliness inside & out, dinner served in the evening, 2 elevators, room had separate sink area from shower, towel hooks, decent brkfast, overall great hotel.

Floor needed deeper cleaning (dog & ppl hair throughout) layout somewhat tight esp in shower area, small fridge, no mic/coffeemaker (microwave available in dining rm). Shower needed some re-caulking, shower head settings not working.

Room cleanliness

The staff was not good. Inexperienced, not polite and did not seem well trained at all.

It was close for the event we had

1. My reservation was taken out by somebody else (the have to go to the room to confirm information for they reservation) 2 the person in-front desk give us other room it was occupied (very embarrassing) we disturb other person sleep

the comfortable couch and bed.

The toilet/shower room is too small. When you open the door to the toilet/shower room, you have to press your back against the glass shower door, in order to close the entry door. There are not enough towel racks to hang wet towels.

Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and less than 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. Very clean rooms and common spaces. Excellent continental breakfast included.

The hotel staff were excellent!!!!we were treated like family sharing our new born great great grandsons pictures and just talking with them.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was adequate bit very nice and clean set up.

We were booked for a King bed when we arrived they told us we had a room with two doubles on the 5th floor. First night dog in ajoining room barked and barked. It was ridiculous finally I guess owner came back for the night it stopped. No price adjust

Location

Absolutely disappointed that this hotel is considered a 3 star, 1 1/2-2 at best! Check in off the bar area is a joke. Room had cobwebs in corners, stains on carpet and furniture. No water pressure in shower or sink and what little we had was luke warm.

The rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. Like most hotels these days you had to request housecleaning during the stay. The people were gracious at offering cleaning, fresh towels or anything that could help the stay. The breakfast was great.

The only thing negative that we noticed was typical. The hallways seem dark and dull.

I absolutely loved the staff! They were very helpful and accommodating when receiving us and at check out. We were on a 15 hour move from Michigan to Mississippi and had a huge uhaul packed down with our belongings and the area felt very safe and secure

There were some stains on and cuts on the curtains¿ I think that maybe this hotel is under new management and that eventually these imperfections with be addressed in time making this an amazing place to stay.

Quiet and location

Air conditioning went out - front desk could not fix the problem nor would they allow us to change rooms. It was a very long hot night. WOULD NOT stay at this Hyatt again.

The room smelled like mold and there was no maid service for the entire 3 day stay. The shower head dripped non stop (poured water) 24/7. Only 8 tv channels and no microwave.

Pleasant staff and good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

VERY loud, screaming shower, and VERY loud air conditioning (?) from room next door. I needed ear plugs! The lighting in the shower/toilet area was extremely dim. Older property -- not described that way.

Staff was excellent.

Not clean as it should have been. It was very noisy.
