Desk clerk thought she was the warden. Paid but didn?t stay

The family-owned motel was clean and the rooms had been refurbished. We really enjoyed staying at an old-style motel with our car just 3 steps outside the door. A small continental breakfast was provided. Cable TV and wi-fi were available.

I was in one of the renovated rooms and it was extremely quiet! Since I am a light sleeper, the quiet was very important to me. The water pressure was outstanding (and the water hot). I like a firm mattress so was very comfortable.

I wasn't interested in eating breakfast or pastries as my family was preparing lots of brunch food. If I would have been interested, the coffee/pastry area was very small. Grab and go only. The motel should be even more inviting when outside reno is done.

Exceeded my expectations. Small motel sits back off main road. Very quiet. Our room was recently updated. New beds which were firm! and comfortable. All bedding was nice. Microwave and fridge. Plenty of closet space. The best thing about this place: CLEAN

Rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. Quiet location, close to EVERYTHING. Easy check-in/out. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Free parking, free Wi-Fi, free cable, free coffee & tea, free breakfast (pre-packaged pastries, oatmeal, & fruit).

Decor was fine. Linens clean.

TV outdated & picture not always clear.. Bathroom excessively small. Blonde female manager refused to give any extra minutes past 11:00 am to check out...threatened if we were not out of room our personal items would be taken out and set to curb.

Manager was very nice and accommodating with check in and check out too. Nice little coffee bar set up too ¿¿

You get what you pay for. I was there for an evening and leaving in the morning. the general manager far exceeded what I was hoping for. You don't go to the Relax Inn and expect top accommodations. You also don't expect someone like manager. A+

The TV didn't work...but I also didn't call to have it addressed. I could have and chose not to. The air conditioner was bad, but my expectations were not unmet. I was pleased overall.

This should be 1.5 -2 I like that it is clean and no pets. The bed was just above laying on a board No amenities at all.

cleanliness, beds, and service

It was just a little older and needs to be updated, but it was clean.

I had no access to my room unless staff opened my door, room lock needed rekeyed and staff didn't know how to do it

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were dated but clean. We had a microwave, refrigerator and a good size television. Parking was plenty and very well lit.

It's a budget hotel that could be cleaner but worked for a nights stay

I like the price, and location. People were very nice. Rooms were tidy. It was alright for sleeping, and our purpose for the trip.

They did not have coffee makers in the room, no kleenex,carpet stains, burn holes in the spreads.

Family owned and operated. They really care, have pride of ownership, and it shows. We were there 5 nights and would choose this inn again.

We enjoyed everything.

this seems to be the only motel in this town. it is well furnished and mostly clean but the bathrooms flooring is older and does not clean well
