They did not have bath soap to take a shower. I had to leave the motel and find a store to buy my own soap and shampo. After a day of vacation on Center Hill Lake,I felt it was wrong to leave my room and hunt a store to find bath soap and shampo.

The breakfast room was somewhat small and our room's door-lock was extremely difficult to open. Also the bedding is too heavy to be comfortable.
I like the location. It is close to the interstate and close to the kids when we visit.
The quality has deteriorated over the last several years. I have stayed here many times and have watched the quality go down. While checking in, the person being helped at the counter ... I won't be back.
Most of the staff was helpful, the room was decent
no closet, the breakfast area is super crowded, 1 our of 4 lights worked in our room (maybe they were just burned out), confusion upon checkin, clogged sink wouldn't drain
