Though it was middle of summer the room heater was on. It was like a sauna when we entered. My husband had an allergic reaction in the room as if someone had cats in their before us. And we booked a king room but were given 2 queens. Three strikes!

The front desk manager, was so warm and friendly when we checked in. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was nice. Attendants at breakfast were kind and attentive. Everyone working here was exceptional. A breath of fresh air!

It?s newer and it came recommended as being clean and in a safe spot

The breakfast options were typical, but they weren?t super prepared to feed all the teenage boys that stayed the same night we did. It took a while to get food and some was cold.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable with a good AC that didn't stink lol.

The TV moved extremely slow. It took a long time for the channel to change to the next station. It was a bit frustrating.

The staff was very friendly. Made sure we were taken care of and even helped me with directions to event we needed to get to.

Location was convenient to family. We could get in and out from our room with minimal contact. Everything was new.

Great breakfast for 3 morning, followed by very limited selection the last morning.

Easy access. Clean

Toilet was clogged, alarm went off early in morning. I realize this was a new hotel with new staff and maybe they are not aware of things that should be standard?.

The hotel is brand new, very clean and in a nice area right outside of Memphis.

It would have been nice if the complimentary breakfast didnÂ¿t end at 9:30amÂ¿.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Right off the highway. A great place to stay while passing through.

We were traveling with a toddler and the bathroom didnÂ¿t have a tub, but that was not a large issue.

Clean and comfortable.

Don’t stay in the hotel rooms on the bottom floor close to the door. Room 101. You can hear the door open all night and the storage room is right beside. Very loud noises all the time.
