Location was good. Bedding was comfortable. Room was clean.

I paid extra for breakfast when I booked through Booking.com, only to be told that the hotel had no notes of breakfast being included in our stay. They said it didn't matter what Booking.com said, it wasn't free. So after a huge back and forth, they gave us a $10 per person credit for breakfast, but it also made us late to the airport and we still had to pay for one persons breakfast. Highly disappointed.

The property was fine close to my brothers house.

The heat did not work right in the room. Very Hot. No matter what we did. We finally turned it off ! By the end of the night we were freezing.

I chose them last minute for a work trip, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. My room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and everything I needed was right there. It was perfect after a long day of travel and meetings.Everything from check-in to the overall atmosphere felt smooth, safe, and well cared for.The location is convenient, the property is quiet overall, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Sometimes you just have to trust your own experience—and mine was excellent. ??✨

There were a few moments of noise (possibly from upgrades or renovations), but it wasn’t disruptive and didn’t take away from the comfort of my stay.

the location and ease of parking were the only two things I could think of.

The place STINKS. My room smelled moldy and the air was potent. Each time the AC came on, it smelled like wet air blowing over old wet carpet. It was horrible. The whole room was dingy and the bed was uncomfortable. I was on the second floor and all nigh long someone in the room above walked around, coughed, and knocked things around and I could hear it loud as if it was happening in my room. I was staying for two nights and all colleagues were at the same hotel, and we shared a car so it wasn't convenient to change hotels - I had to go buy a strong air freshener and spray the entire room just to be able to breathe. another colleague had the same issue with smell on the first floor and he used the spray as well to just be able to breathe.
