- The staff was very friendly and helpful
- While one staff member was akward upon arrival (didn't greet and we were confused if they were the check-in person or a security person), they did address a problem with a group of guys catcalling women and girls in the parking lot.

- We were loved to several rooms because the key card reader on the doors wouldn’t work unless we tried the key atleast 5 times
- The sofa pull out bed was too suspect to use. The mattress cover was torn and rust from the frame was all over the matress.
- Had to cancel. The smell was unbelievable. Very strong and had me on a floor with construction and chemical smell. Damage throughout entire hotel. I am absolutely shocked that they are able to rent rooms. Had to search a while for another place to stay.

Location
There was an altercation between two men at breakfast the first morning that we were there, they were cussing about contaminating the food. And also the smell in the hallways, and it was very hard to understand the desk clerk, the man not the woman!!
