The view was nice once we found the Motel because it?s no longer red tree. It?s oasis.
Everything is awful except the view needs to be upgraded badly. No front desk help the guy that does the maintenance gets the key for you. There?s no TV and there?s no Internet or anything.
They had flooding and all floors with carpet were wet They had bedbugs and roaches

The hotel is a dive. Do not recommend. It is old and very dated. Carpets are torn, doors don't work, bathrooms are nasty, matresses are so old. I would never stay there again.

Definitely needs updates, but it was clean and the beds were comfy.
It had a great view and it was close to everything we came to do. It was very clean and well kept, loved the stay thanks.

dirty a little run down
The employees were nice. The ocean. Parking. Everything about the room pretty much was unsatisfactory.
I have already made a complaint on this trip. Very disappointed in the room. Old, smelly, carpet not clean, the cabinet doors in kitchenette would not close, hung open because all were crooked, door was very difficult to unlock. etc. It sucked!
Steps away from the beach.
The parking lot was small and if you got back late there might not have been a space. We pulled in around 10 pm, took the last spot, then someone pulled in right behind us

The room was not swept, the sheets had hair on them. the bath tub and shower curtain was dirty. Toliet seat had feces on it..
