stayed 2 nights. had to move rooms. had to strip beds, empty trash across street, etc. two times.

Cleanliness, beautiful decor and nice toiletries

Beautiful View. Rooms were very clean & sufficient for an overnight stay

Front desk personnel on Saturday. I had asked when checking in on Friday abt if we were a little over on leaving would it be an issue. Was told No issue as they would be closed the next week for renovation. 10:30 should not be an issue. At 10:18 I was called & questioned about checking out, I relayed the previous days conversation & that I had just sent one son to get a cart & one to move the car around. I unfortunately had some stomach issues & was dealing with that when I got the next call at 10:44. I did not answer because we were in the hall headed to the elevator. Front desk personnel met us at the door of the elevator & we proceeded to the office. She was rude abt she had spoke to the Friday desk clerk & that we WERE WELL PAST 10:30. I tried to explain the toilet situation only to be talked over. I did point my finger IN THE AIR not AT HER and retracted it as soon as she mentioned anything about it. I waz furious by this time & told her to charge the acct & I hoped She Has a Better Day!!

What breakfast???

Was very run-down. Tiniest liv rm & din rm combo ever seen. Bathr mirror had big black area where reflection stuff had come off. Layout was weird. Long skinny outdated kitchen. Then they wanted US to strip the beds, wipe down the counters, do the dishwasher & empty the trash over across the street. Never saw a request like that before in all our travels. Oh and they want you to go to a Vacation buy-in presentation.

The location to the beach is great! Mandy is fantastic at the front desk! We arrived after hours with perfect instructions on checking in ! The condo was nice with all you would need. A Keurig would be a great addition to the kitchen but the coffee maker did fine. We will definitely stay with them again!And did I mention the ocean view balcony? Very nice!

The location is perfect. The view is awesome. Property is very clean and neat. Absolutely loved this place. Definitely will return.

Loved it all

Family oriented! Nice quiet place. The people in the office were the best. I forgot to bring coffee and they offered me a Keurig for the room and some coffee. It was so sweet. Thanks so much to them. They did more than what was expected. We had a great time and we will plan to go back.

The rooms were clean. Having a full kitchen was convenient also. The stay was okay for me.

The couch and recliner in the unit we had need to be tossed out as it appeared to be worn and not cleaned. There should also be a designated smoking area for smokers. Other than that, it was okay.

Love location, closeness to beach, reasonably priced

Needs to be a designated smoking area on property, and a ice machine avaiable and would like bigger balconies.

The size of the pool and hot tub was awesome. The rooms were perfect for our family and we all had plenty of room.

Some of the other guests were rude and would hog the pool. They would even slowly creep towards us to try and get us to move.

Convenient location, ocean front. Close to several great restaurants

The rooms were perfect and all the space was wonderful! Loved that the balcony overlooked the ocean! The kitchen and living room area were very nice! Loved that the unit had washer and dryer!

We were going n the 3rd floor and there are no elevators so we had to climb steps everyday, which is not horrible but since I wasn’t feeling the best it was a little harder. We only had a hot tub at our condo which wasn’t working the first several days so we had to go to another unit to use pool, which I didn’t like.

Close to the beach. Comfortable room. Clean room.

Wish there was more stuff within walking distance.

Staff was cool.

Noone ever stated no motorcycles parking on bookings.com drive 8 hours and had to park motorcycles somewhere else

The location was perfect. The rooms were great size. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The sheets were not as clean the only reason why I couldn’t give a perfect rating
