the cleanliness of the room, the elevators, the parking and the beach

no just not a lot to do in the area. We had to drive to do other things.

Check in was simple and pretty quick. This property was really designed for longer term stays. However, it worked fine for my purposes m. Staffwax friendly and helpful.

No coffee in lobby.

The staff was very friendly at all times.

This hotel needs updating. It was advertised as a 3.5 resort but was more like a 2.5. I did not like it that there would be an effort to sell a vacation program. This should of been revealed before booking.

Great Location! Staff was outstanding.

The size of bed was only a double with the Oceanview.

The room (efficiency apartment) was great! Completely stocked with everything that you need: washer and dryer, full kitchen, sitting area, great view, etc. Cleaniness and great amenities.

The condo was cleaned and the location was great. Everything was in a walking distance

It was very clean, the staff was amazing ! We couldn't check in till 4. However, they allowed us to unload our car and they stored our luggage. Also they allowed ys to change and use the pool until our room was ready. Thats what I call great service !

It was not the room I booked. I had booked 83 days ahead in order to get a ocean view room and when we got there the only view we had was the street. I asked at desk they were not very nice to us. So we did not have a nice time. We are not happy.

I waited a month for this weekend, at the time of booking I received address in another city, the wrong address. I spent the first day to get to the hotel, arrived late evening.In the front desk they told me: it's OK , you are here.Indifferent people.

It is very close to so many things

We have always liked the rooms we have reserved but the one this year had a balcony that was side ways and we could see in the room next to ours and they could look. On to our balcony.

I had requested an oceanfront room and I had a street view. I also intended to get a 1 bedroom but instead got a studio.
