Edgewater Inn

Location (directly across the street from the beach), we were allowed to check in several hours early without requesting beforehand, super quiet area, very nice staff, only charge a $30 pet fee!

The volume on the tv didn't work but... we're there for the beach anyway so that's not too big a deal!

The location was great - the ocean was just across the street from a public access walkway. The bed was also suprisingly comfy!

Despite the hotel's policy against smoking, my room smelled like smoke the entire trip, which really soured the experience for me. The room was technically clean, but it hasn't been well maintained so it felt pretty dingy.

Kinda of rustic, bottom floor is in construction mode due to flood from Hurricane Ian but overall ok.

Closeness and access to beach. Also the full size fridge. Also does not state on booking site that the pet friendly is breed restricted until after you book and the hotel sends you a breed waiver email.

Great location to get on beach.

Bathroom light burnt out and no toilet paper. Staff was never on site. But we managed.

Pet friendly for service dog, close to pool and easy walk to Beach.

Could not cool the room down! Only had 1 spoon, 2 knives, 3 forks, no sharp knives, etc

I like the beds and comfortable and made knock out sleep like baby. I like walk short distance to the beach and beautiful view.

The room was hot as hell, small air conditioner is set to not go below 74 and in the summer, it felt cooler outside than in the room. Had to sleep with all the covers off and still woke up in a pool of sweat.

Working during the hurricane. It does have a kitchenette. Across the street from beach. It was accommodating. Nothing fancy.

reasonable rate. Literally right across the street to the beach access. Front desk staff was super sweet and very attentive. The room was a full kitchenette! pool was clean, rooms were clean. Parking was great.

The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. The room wasn't fancy, but was affordable and had everything we needed including a microwave and full size refrigerator. Bonus.. a patio outside with a view of the ocean across the street!

I can't complain. Nice hotel for the price. Right across the street from the ocean. View from the patio! Sound of the ocean at night!

What I most liked about the Inn was that it was right off the strip and right across the street from the beech. The manager was awesome, I got lost along the way and he checked on me until I made it to the hotel. Hotel Employee went beyond the call of duty.
